The location is excellent and the kitchen is well equipped is anyone's interested in cooking. We would have liked if there was an option to charge the car at night but that's ok. There is a supercharger nearby :)

Easy check in, lovely staff, easy parking and close to everything. Rooms clean and comfortable and they were happy to set up the bed configuration how we wanted it in the 2 bedroom. Secure as well, needing the key to access property after hrs. Definitely would stay again.:)

Could not rate this accommodation highly enough, after leaving another hotel in town that was very undesirable they managed to find me a room at a very reasonable price.

This hotel was acceptable. However, they need to make it clear that some of the bottom floor units are access units only. Otherwise, you have to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs. All the ground floor units that were not access units were taken up. Having a dodgy knee I didn’t want to go up and down stairs with a suitcase. The receptionist was very good and eventually found us a ground floor unit-only problem was because it was designed for wheelchairs, there was no glass around the shower. Every shower resulted in the place flooding and if there is soap left on the floor it is a safety hazard. A couple of times I nearly slipped over. In addition, there are missing and broken amenities. They provide an iron but no ironing board and the drying rack was missing some struts to make it work. The washing/drying machine leaked and the drying part didn’t work. The sofa is very uncomfortable, old and battered. Overall, not the best place to stay. One positive though was the free underground parking which is rare in Bendigo.

The room was comfortable enough. Just needed an arm chair so we could all lunge together. Sharp corners on desk and coffee table not great for a toddler. Water pressure in shower amazing.

Friendly reception staff and a good-sized room for a solo traveller. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that impacted my stay. The heater was very loud and sounded as though it may need servicing. The curtains had multiple holes throughout them, which allowed a significant amount of light into the studio room. Block out curtains would have helped reduce the light coming in from outside. The walls also appeared to be quite thin, and I could clearly hear noise from the room next door. As a result, I didn’t have the most comfortable night’s sleep. Overall, the staff were welcoming, but some maintenance and soundproofing improvements would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Room was great. Was disappointing to come back late at night and not be able to park on the premises behind the security gate and therefore had to park out in the street.

The quest Bendigo is very dated and it shows in the rooms. All the amenities were good and room felt comfortable and was very clean. TV has no free to air channels so you need to have the apps on your phone to watch TV. The bed was comfortable and no walk in shower.

The staff were nice and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. However, the showers were very slippery and dangerous for the elderly. The verandah was very dirty, full of leaves. I asked for a broom and swept it up myself, but it needed a good mop. Overall a good stay for the 4 nights.
