Room was okay but the staff didn't have a clewabout the extra bed requested and booked for. And the extra bed provided was a mere plank with hard mattress and we ended up requesting an extra cushioning or a layer of a duvet to make it sleep able. Even that was not done when we came back and needed to call and request for the same again, which wasn't a great thing to do.

the rooms were musky smelly air conditioned but smell of mold not very good the only thing that was grt was kava restaurant and the food there was good on day 1 on day 2 buffet was cold we had to remind them the staff at kava was excellent!!!!!!!

Exceptional Service - Great Value

Excellent hotel, centrally located for business meetings. Not too far from the airport. Rooms are spacious, air-conditioning is very good, the restaurant is lovely and the front office service is exceptional. I'd like to specially commend Ms Ankita who handled our checkin and later some issues (of our own making!) very professionally. Its my #1 Choice in Bangalore now.
