「Service was good from all of staff. Hotel good location right next to a shopping mall and main bus station. Also 15-20 brisk walk to the centre of Valencia and old town」

「Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby.
A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.」

「Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us.
Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.」
