Peace & tranquility in your private studio with beautiful sea and mountain views

You are most welcome to relax and enjoy yourself in this peaceful haven ; situated in an exclusive, upmarket area nestling on the hillside with views down the valley to the Mediterranean Sea. Annexed to the owner's villa and with its own entrance; this traditional Spanish Cassita provides studio-style accommodation for up to 3 guests plus a separate bedroom with ensuite for up to 2 more guests - total 5 guests.
The lounge area has a 2-seater settee, TV with satellite plus free WiFi connection.
The indoor kitchen with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster and all the crockery and cutlery you will want plus the outdoor kitchen with electric grill together with a gas ring for your paella cooking! An iron and ironing board are there so you can take out your creases and there is a large built-in wardrobe to hang your things.
The bathroom was re-fitted a few years ago with washbasin, WC, bidet and shower. There is a king size plus a folding bed - all linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.

There is a large private pool, for your exclusive use and wide secluded terraces with sunbeds, tables and chairs. Private garden with citrus trees, grapevines, olives and figs.
There is "pool bar" just a 5-minute walk away with a bar, bistro-style eating and musical events are organised for your enjoyment during the summer months. Cycling,
Supermarket, bank, shops, bars and coffee shops are all ready for you in the local village some 7 minute drive away - we do recommend you rent a car to make the most of your holiday.
Set very close to the Meridien line; the towns of Denia and Javea are within 25 minutes drive and the beautiful beaches and beach bars of Oliva are just little further away but well worth a visit if it is quiet, soft sandy tanning and swimming you are looking for.
Nearby are some of the oldest and most famous caves in Spain, safari park, numerous walks and cycle routes.
Come and enjoy a truly relaxing time.

Attention au frais de dépôt de garantie abusifs ! Je confirme que l'extérieur est magnifique mais pour ce qui est du logement c'est bien différent, à noter déjà que le logement ne compte pas 2 chambres mais 1 seule, l'autre étant à environ 50m dans le sous sol des propriétaires, nous nous sommes donc retrouvés à 4 dans un studio de 25m2. Accès et stationnement compliqué. Ensuite pour le logement ménage fait très approximativement (avec en plus une tâche sur le drap de lit), invasion de fourmis dans la cuisine, pas de table pour manger à l'intérieur (et des guêpes à chaque repas à l'extérieur), pas de possibilité d'utiliser le barbecue non plus, une climatisation qui fuit dès qu'elle est activée... Et pour conclure les propriétaires ont conservé notre dépôt de garantie après que nous soyons partis sous prétexte que nous avions dégradé le lit double, nous attendons d'ailleurs toujours plus d'explications ainsi que des photos de leur part, bien trop cher pour autant d'aléas, à fuir !

Stunning views

We spent 4 weeks at this property in May, and really enjoyed it.The views from the terrace and pool are stunning. The property is a large studio and is perfect for 1-2 people. There is a lovely super king sized bed that was very comfortable with great wardrobe space.In the longe there was a small 2 seater rattan sofa and a smart TV.There was a small table with two chairs indoors and a larger table with 4 chairs outside adjacent to the outside kitchen.The kitchen is small but perfect and well stocked with plates, pans etc. There is a good sized fridge freezer.The bathroom - fantastic pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water.The pool area is lovely.In the listing there was another room with en-suite bathroom attached listed, but if there were more than 2 of you you would need to make it clear to the owners that you would require this room as it is not adjacent to the studio.The listing recommends a car - i would say that a car is essential, even for a day or two to get food and supplies up to the property. Good safe parking. The property is near the top of the urbanisation and the hills are fairly steep. Benidoleig ( the nearest town is approx 45 - 60 minute walk down the hill.The hosts were really good at giving us privacy and replied very promptly when texted.There is a pool bar 4 minutes walk from the property and the food was very good.The property would benefit from a welcome guide to the area ( walks, buses, taxis etc).Overall a lovely stay.

Great Studio With Stunning Pool

The outside space is well kept and the view across the valley to the mountains and sea beyond is beautiful. The pool is the jewel in the crown, it's stunning. The location is great for exploring the surrounding mountains and countryside. There is a pool bar a 5 minute walk away which serves authentic pizzas on Saturdays and a good menu the rest of the week. It's has vegetarian options and it's dog friendly. We recommend the cocktails! The studio itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed including the much appreciated air conditioning. The owners are very welcoming and helpful but not intrusive in anyway. All in all 5 stars.

Great apartment with a private pool, ideal for couples, fully equipped kitchen, and a wonderful mattress. Nestled in a mountain with privileged views, the hosts are very friendly and discreet, always attentive to our needs. Highly recommended.

Fantastisch uitzicht!

Zeer fijne vakantie gehad. Mooie ligging en fijn groot zwembad. Enige nadeel is dat alles in 1 ruimte is en je geen aparte slaapkamer hebt. Zeker als je met meerdere personen bent. Eigenlijk is het meer een 2 persoons appartement. Zeer vriendelijke mensen die alles voor je doen.

Alojamiento perfecto para desconectar y descansar

El alojamiento es pequeño, pero muy funcional. Al ser verano hemos aprovechado fundamentalmente el exterior, que es una gozada. La zona de la piscina es muy amplia y cómoda, con una mesa perfecta para hacer todas las comidas, incluso en horas de sol, ya que tiene toldo. Las vistas son espectaculares. Al ser cuatro hemos necesitado de camas supletorias, que no son lo más cómodo, pero los niños han descansado bien. El aire acondicionado, el agua caliente, la cocina...todo funciona a la perfección. Resaltar que todo estaba inmaculado, limpísimo. La casita está en una zona en la que sí o sí hace falta coche, a no ser que se quiera estar sin moverse, ya que la zona es bastante inaccesible. La playa está a unos 15-20 minutos. Los propietarios encantadores, han resuelto los pequeños problemas que han podido surgir rápido y eficientemente. Están para lo que se les necesite, y al mismo tiempo dan toda la privacidad del mundo. En resumen, una estancia muy agradable en una zona preciosa.

Ein kleines Apartment in einem eigenen Gebäude (span. Casita) garantiert das Gefühl mit den Außenanlagen und dem Pool ein Haus gemietet zu haben. Zu zweit (oder alleine) ist es ideal zum Wandern in der Umgebung. Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe kreuzen die Urbanisation. Ein eigenes Auto ist aufgrund der abgeschiedenen Lage unbedingt erforderlich, auch für Einkäufe oder um zum Meer zu fahren. Für Naturliebhaber, die gerne sehr ruhig wohnen möchten.

Agradable lugar con preciosas vistas

Es un pequeño estudio pero suficiente para dos adultos y 1 niño. Para 4 personas lo veo demasiado pequeño. Buena limpieza y anfitriones. Lo mejor es la parte exterior con jardín, piscina, y cuarto para barbacoa con vistas preciosas a la montaña y el mar, y que admitiera ir con nuestro perro.

Conditions de séjour

Très belle propriété, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et discrets . Notre séjour a été en parti gâché par de très mauvaises conditions à notre arrivée et nous n'avons pu en profiter que 3 jours. Dans le cas de mauvais temps il faudrait prévoir de pouvoir mettre une table dans le salon afin de pouvoir prendre les repas à l'intérieur. Pour l'arrivée il faut bien préciser sur un plan l'emplacement de la maison et son numéro car pour nous ce fut un "jeu de piste" pour trouver mais les propriétaires son venus à notre rencontre. Adresse à conserver pour un prochain séjour dans la région ( sans pluie et avec du soleil, merci Monsieur Météo )

TRES BELLE VUE ET CALME DES LIEUX

La période choisie pour notre séjour ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement des installations qui semblent très adaptées à une vie en plein air, ce qui n'est pas pas le cas bien sûr avec les températures de Fèvrier. Mais nous avons pu faire ce pourquoi nous étions venus; jouer au golf, visiter Elche, Alicante et Denia, ceci sans la pluie !!! Merci à Quentin pour son accueil Odile et Guy

Un endroit idyllique

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette location, le logement est spacieux pour 2 personnes, ultra-propre et que dire de l'extérieur : une vue splendide et une grande piscine privée avec un espace autour très spacieux également. Betty et Quentin sont d'une extrême gentillesse et très discrets. Merci pour tout Betty et Quentin! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr!!! Nous conseillons vivement cette location!

Peaceful, in a lovely location with stunning views over the valley.

Firstly, I'd like to say a big thank you to Quentin and Betty for making us feel welcome throughout our week's honeymoon, they were always on hand to give advice if needed but were never intrusive. They also kindly offered lifts to the supermarket. The setting for the villa is set on top of a hillside with stunning views of the valley and surrounding area. It was the perfect setting for our honeymoon, giving us the time and privacy to relax and unwind after the last few busy months. The villa had everything we needed and was clean and well presented. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen with the large BBQ to cook on. Having the pool area to ourselves was fantastic and it was well looked after. There is privacy there and it is not overlooked by other villas which is a bonus. If you want to get out more and see the area we would recommend car hire but if you want to relax and not do much then it is not necessary. There is a nearby bar that does a great BBQ and live entertainment on a Thursday if you want to go out and mingle. We will definitely be going back next year.
