Good location

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the beach, old town and the strip for the nightlife. Unfortunately, the hotel is in need of refurbishment but it is ideal to stay for 4-5 nights and use as a base for exploring the area. We were offered free buffet breakfasts when we booked and was not expecting too much but was really surprised when we went down to find a full cooked option, breads, cold meats, cakes, cereals and even pancakes. The rooms are okay but need modernising and we found the air con unit was not very effective and we went in October, so imagine how uncomfortable it would be in summer. there is a small shallow pool with sun beds around but we never went in it. The question is, would I/we stay here again and the answer is yes but not during the summer or for no more than 5 nights.

Great location for all areas in Benidorm.

Benidorm centre hotel is exactly what the name says. Great location for all around. 5 min stroll to the beach, the strip or shopping. 10min stroll to the old town. Helpful staff on reception. Rooms were spotlessly clean, although a little dated in design. Fridge and hairdryer in the room. Small pool area with plenty of sun beds and pool bar. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice from English, continental, cereals and fruits. Car park underneath for anyone who's hired a car. Would definatly stay again and recommend to friends.

All Fine

Stayed 3 nights. Hotel is in a good location for beach & old town. A ten minute walk takes you along to the mental nightlife, so you are close enough but not in amongst it Rooms are a good size and clean. Food was not Michelin star but it was ok. There was a reasonable choice at dinner. Staff were all very competent and friendly.

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach vorallem die Badezimmer sind sehr klein.Es war sauber und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt o.k. Die Lage ist super man ist sehr zentral. Wir würden wieder für ein paar Tage gehen.

Not a great experience

booked a £3000 holiday with expedia, 4 star hotel, benidorm central, just burst into tears when I saw the rooms. 2 single beds together as a double, mattresses felt like sleeping on marble floors, bathrooms disgusting, rusty, clothes line across middle of the bath, toilet facilities degrading, no room to sit on the toilet as a wall 3 inches infront of the toilet. Bedroom furniture, very old and dated, 1 drawer for clothes and 1 wardrobe with 5 hangers. Went to breakfast once, as the food was disgusting, stale cereal, hot buffet food, unedible.

Central hotel, within easy walking distance beach

Very friendly staff, food was very good and varied, even had steak pie. The majority of guests were Spanish but this was not reflected in the menu or overall experience. Safe provided within room but 2 euro per day charge. No English programmes on television, although in Benidorm not much time to watch television. Very central, two minute walk to the beach or entertainment.

Good value hotel in excellent position

Myself and a friend stayed here for 3 nights for a 'girly weekend' in the sun. The hotel was in a great position with restaurants literally over the road and was also incredibly close to the restaurants and bars etc of both the old town and the neon lights of the newer town. Breakfast was really well done with hot food, different breads and pastries, cereals, yogurts and fruit. The room, whilst needing a bit of TLC, was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space and the bathroom was more than acceptable (if dated) with a big mirror, hairdryer, over the bath shower with plenty of hot water and enough towels. Perfectly OK for a long weekend away.

Nice and simple

Stayed 7 days on half board, best money ever spent as dinner was only £40 for the week for the two of us. Food great because even though it was a buffet, as usual, it was on a smaller scale so cooked with care. Staff got to know us and so looked after us really well.

Stayed on this hotel for one week with my girl.

We stayed here for one week. Nothing much to say about it, nothing exclusive but clean and the workers were kind and helpful. Everyting in the room was in good condition. The two negative things I can say about it was a very slow elevator, and the breakfast was bad. If you like everything fried and full of suger you would probably enjoy the breakfast.

Se le caen dos estrellas!!!

Es un hotel que de 4 estrellas se podía quedar perfectamente con 2 nada mas. La comida deja mucho que desear, bastante mala y nada de variedad, el café y los zumos imbebibles. Las habitaciones nada reformadas, bastante viejas para seguir teniendo 4 estrellas. El baño es muy incomodo, nos dieron una baño que uno un poco rellenito no se podría sentar en la taza del water de lo estrecho que esta. Principalmente lo peor del hotel, la cocina, del resto como solo íbamos a dormir las camas no eran muy malas, pero de 4 estrellas nada de nada!!!
