「This hotel was excellent in every respect , immaculately clean. Big fluffy towels, changed every day. Free coffee and tea in reception 24hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.」

「Liked the location. Unfortunately upon arrival at 3pm we were unable to get in the lift for 10 minutes to get to our room as the cleaner insisted on going up to other floors & down to lower ground with trolleys full of washing. She wouldn’t allow us to get in the lift just to get to our floor? Not ideal. Also the toilet lid was broken & eventually fell off.」

「This was cheap stay, but zero staff meant we could not check in early. Toilet not clean on arrival. No bottled water in the room. Very noisy room on the side nearest the road」

「I arrived may the 23th on the 24th I got robed from the room somebody rob dollars and euros I went to the police and made the complain,I spoke to the manager her name is Sandra she went to my room she searched every where because that’s part of the procedure then I spoke to the administrator his name is Hector and he told me something insane that’s nothing in the room is protected only if is in the safety box I asked him how come ?
