Probably one of the best locations in Benidorm
Located right on the beach and very near to the old town this apartment met all our expectations. The apartment itself is spacious enough, the bathrooms were more than adequate and the shower mixer tap allowed for good control over the water temperature. More often than not I have encountered taps that either gave too hot water and the slightest adjustment towards colder water gave too cold water. Not so in the bathrooms of this apartment.
Kitchen was good with all utilities and a good refrigerator. But the best thing about this property was the beach views. The windows facing the beach open over nearly the entire breadth of the living room, and on the corner as well, creating a near-fully open air dining area.
Beds were basic, but there were good silent modern aircons in every bedroom.
Having the beach right across the street was great for us (family with 2 kids in their early teens) and at that part of the beach the sea has a sandy floor, as opposed to a rocky floor on most of the rest of the beach.
If I would be pressed to name one gripe it would be that the windows facing the beach could have done with a cleaning. It did take away a bit of the luxurious feeling while enjoying the views with the windows closed. But that seems to me like an easy fix and probably isn't the same for every visit. And we had those windows open most of the time anyway.
Long story short: for my next visit in Benidorm I would definitely rent this property again.
