This hotel has it all - elegant hotel, comfy rooms, amazing buffet food. I would definitely recommend half board. They have a variety of dishes including British classic like steak and kidney pie and roasts as well as Mediterranean alternatives. You can see the beach just a 2 minute walk away. Most of all the staff are friendly, willing to help to ensure all aspects of your stay are amazing. Also has a good gym and pool

The location is ideal for most visitors to Benidorm New Town. It’s a very short walk to the nightlife and also to the promenade, it’s also less than a 30 min stroll to Tapas Alley etc in the Old Town. Also two showtimes each evening. Each balcony receives lots of sun. Last but not least a great selection of food in the restaurant, which gives half board guests the option to have lunch instead of evening meal with no prior notice required..

Overall very nice hotel

Hotel Don Pancho in Benidorm is a nice hotel. Just recently stayed there for 9 days. Good locatation, nicely decorated and friendly staff. Nice view from the balcony’s on 13th floor but smokers in next rooms made them difficult for me to use.

Read and understand the rules and regulations.

Could not use bar,restaurant or club facillaties due to over the top dress code...so was very expensive for a room only hotel...There is also a daily charge to use the room safe....obtuse !

Lovely hotel with equally lovely staff

We stayed here for my husband's birthday on the recommendation of a friend. We cannot find any fault with it, it was just perfect. The food was top notch,plenty of choice, and my husband's gluten free requirements were admirably met. We were able to upgrade to half board at a very reasonable price. All the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and we would definiteley have no hesitation in booking again.

Comfortable and relaxing hotel

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at the Don Pacho Hotel. The hotel is clean and very comfortable and relaxing due to the mainly adult and generally middle age to elderly clientele and very attentive staff, The food was good, varied and plentiful both at breakfast and in the evening. The hotel management were also around in the restaurant, engaging with customers- which was nice. The pool was small but clean and a good temperature. A good touch was having the warning that if people weren't on loungers by 10am, their towels could be taken away - I saw the pool man do just this several times and I was very happy to see this having been at many hotels where people reserve sunloungers then deisappear off till lunchtime. We counted more than 100 sun loungers and found no problem getting 2 even in the afternoon. The hotel is in a very central location, and we preferred to spend our time in the old town where the shops, tapas and nice bars are. You could walk there in 10-15 mins but most of the time we the reception staff ordered a taxi for us - less than 6 Euros. I definitely recommend this hotel for guests who want a relaxing holiday. Recepcionista grosero y desconsiderado

El trato de todo el personal del hotel, tanto a mi llegada como durante toda mi estancia, fue excelente y muy cordial, pero al final, tras haber abonado mi estancia y cuando salía con la maleta para dejar el hotel, se me ocurrió preguntarle al recepcionista cual era la puerta de acceso al garaje (que por cierto tenía inmediatamente a su izquierda) y, en lugar de indicarme la puerta de acceso al garaje, pretendió con brusquedad, muy malas maneras, desconsideración y grosería, que guardara cola tras varias personas que estaban haciendo el check-in o check-out, únicamente para indicarme cuál era la puerta de acceso al garaje...: Le hubiera sido suficiente un simple gesto... Ufffff...! En mala hora se me ocurrió formular pregunta tan simple a ese buen hombre... En cualquier ciudad del mundo preguntas por una calle y te responden con infinita mayor cortesía que este malhadado recepcionista del Hotel Don Pancho...

Hadde bestilt turen med helpensjon,litt skuffet over att du måtte betale drikke utenom.Ikke så mye som vann til maten fulgte med.Hotellet ligger helt inntil veien så en del støy må påregnes både på rommene og i bassengområdet.Helt grei mat,men jeg har bodd på hoteller med helpensjon som har hatt bredere utvalg i maten.Kun kaffe til frokost og ikke til lunsj og middag. 90% av beboerne er engelske pensjonister og det bærer kveldsunderholdningen preg av,men tilbudene for mere heftig underholdning ligger bare 30 meter fra hotellet så det er ingen fare med det. Servitørene i matsalen var litt vell "på",Du måtte vokte asjetten din for de var veldig raske til å fjerne den hvis du så mett ut. Garantert det hotellet i Benidorm med best havutsikt hvis du får rom litt høyt opp i etasjene. ANBEFALES!!!

Dont recommend this hotel. Smal rooms, bad cleaning in the room, staff that made my friend and i feel unconfortable ex. Staff flirting in dining room and sending champagne to our room and entering the room without any notice, staff not saying hi at all, smal gym, smal pool, sliding doors in the bathroom with no possibilty to lock the door. This is some of the examples from my experiance on this hotel. Not going back and not recommending it, a disaster.
