「The hotel is very basic and extremely dated. The decor (first floor) is terrible, carpet bare in places, bed linen old and threadbare. Bed extremely uncomfortable. I had to return to reception on multiple occasions as the key card failed to work. Woken on both mornings by cleaning staff hitting door with vacuum before 9am. Special mention to an extremely rude member of staff, Jose, who was working the evening shift. Needless to say I’ll never be back. So much better available for less money」
