Amazing stay of many to come. This is my yearly place to stay from now on!

The apartment was modern, clean, amazing views (the pics used are what you will get!! Even that deep blue sea!). Everything you&#39ll need is right there in the apartment so it made me feel right at home. Solid security door, low noise from outside. Absolutely I&#39ll be staying here again next time. Thank you! The lifts. This isn&#39t the owners fault. This is the building owners. They&#39re slow, extremely slow. But they work and at the 23rd floor I&#39m glad they did! Haha.

Everything about the apartment was excellent. As always. I have spent my time at las damas a few times now and the refurbishment of the apartment 23C was lovely. We are ladies in our 60s and having to walk down to the office at 5.30 in the morning to drop the keys in was both tiring and felt vulnerable. Why could there not be a post box at apartment?

Despite a few negatives i would definitely stay in the apartment again

The location was fantastic and the apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The apartment was on the 23rd Floor and while this meant using a very slow lift the view made it worthwhile and also we got very little noise from the street below. The bed was very uncomfortable. We were only given one set of keys and you needed the keys 3 times before getting into the room, outside gates, entrance door to apartment block and obviously to enter the apartment. This made it very difficult for us to split up and do different activities. Also more information should be given on the out of hours check in, several different groups were checking in on the Sunday afternoon but most including myself could not complete the process. Fortunately a Spanish gentleman who was familiar with the process helped everyone get their keys.

Heel mooi zicht maar erg onpraktisch en goedkoop ingericht en meubels zijn op het einde van hun leven.Vele dingen werkten niet zoals mixer/wc/airco etc.Paar glazen, veel messen, weinig vorken en wanneer we melding deden over iets was het allemaal van ok maar ze vroegen zelfs het appartement niet dus wisten niet waarover het ging…

Cuando llegamos la ventana estaba tapada por una red de obra impidiendo disfrutar de las vistas al mar. Unas horas después nos cambiaron de apartamento. Al día siguiente nos echaron del parking por obras y nos dieron otro más alejado. La respuesta por parte de la empresa fue relativamente rápida pero la llegada fue muy desafortunada.

La situación. Justo en el paseo. A pie de playa. Cerca de un super. Tambien lo bueno, poder aparcar en el propio recinto del edificio. Destacan las increibles vistas, al ser una planta tan alta. En la parte de atras, donde la escalera de incendios, se puede ver toda la parte de los Pubs y edificios altos, y de noche, merece la pena disfrutar tambien de la vista. Recomendación y curiosidad: Los ascensores para las plantas impares, al entrar en el portal, a la derecha. Los ascensores de la izquierda, para las plantas pares -) El dormitorio. Pequeño. Para deshacer la maleta,....mejor en el pasillo.. Colchon mas grande que el somier, y aunque el colchon era cómodo, el somier era ruidoso al moverse. Lo bueno, el ventilador del techo. Se recomienda llevarse jabones para manos y para la ducha para el baño.

Definitely good value for money, enjoy our stay.

lovely modern spotlessly clean seafront apartment, beautiful view of the sea and beach. The apartment is actually 23 floors up, so you don’t want to forget anything when you go outside, the lifts are rather slow. The bedroom is quite compact, and I do not think it would be very comfortable accommodation for 4 people.
