Loix Mar 11-E

  • Renovated apartment on Levante beach, Benidorm. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and hairdryer and capacity for 4 people.

    Cosy and modern 60 m² accommodation, with partial views of the sea and the city.



    It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, seasonal communal pool (01/06-30/09), 1 ceiling fan in bedroom, 1 Smart TV, iron.

    The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



    - Key handover and check-in are carried out at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, trading name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

    - A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash if necessary.

    - Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)

    - Check out before 11:00

    - Pets are accepted with a supplement of €10 per night with a minimum of €25 per stay and a maximum of €100

Muy bueno!

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la playa, con mucho comercio alrededor. Ha sido tranquilo aparcar a mediados de mayo en el aparcamiento del condominio. El apartamento era muy cómodo, limpio y bonito, y tenía todo lo necesario para una buena estancia (buenas camas, buena TV, buenos utensilios de cocina, etc).

agréable séjour

Bel appartement bien équipé, proche toutes commodités (commerces alimentaires, plage, restaurations, transports, hôpital,...). Hôte disponible à toute heure de la journée. une installation WIFI serait appréciée, surtout pour un long séjour. Nous n&#39avons pas pu profiter de la piscine.
