Had a lovely time at the hotel. Everything was brilliant from the pool area to the bedrooms. My only negative would be the small touches, the hotel needs some TLC and would be excellent

Can’t believe that a 4 star hotel makes u share a hand towel, food was cold , not enough selection for me , if you weren’t 1st down for supper then you had to wait for the food to be replaced. This was my 1sf time at this hotel as I was told it was good , reception staff were good but overall very disappointing

Hotel and staff excellent. Friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and pool great size. People put towels done on sunbeds and parasols at like 8am even though signs up saying dont so sometimes hard to get a bed with some shade. Breakfast was ok with a great choice but cooked breakfast not to our liking. Dinner was much the same great choice but not very nice. We ate out most nights even though we were half board. Had to pay for ice which was a bit disappointing if you wanted a drink on your balcony. Would stay again though.

Room was far to small for 3 people we could move around at all. The pillows were terrible flat and lumpy. The sofa bed had no bed sheets to slip in. The shower wasnt a rain fall shower jut a shower head which flooded the bathroom. The air con and heating didn't work at all

Excellent value for money

Weather was amazing. Hotel in a good location, close enough to walk to the beach within 6/7 minutes but away from the huslte and bustle. Tommys bar just round the corner with cheap drinks and live entertainment. Hotel was exactly what you see on the TV, mediplaya rio park, clean, friendly staff, nice room, great shower, hairdryer provided

Love this hotel 🏨 😍

Absolutely fabulous as usual. Have stayed in lots of different hotels in benidorm but rio park is my favourite. I never book anywhere else now. Been loads of times and haven't been disappointed yet

Pedí una habitación con cama de matrimonio y me encuentro con dos camas individuales juntas... enserio? Para un hotel de 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear. Además, los colchones no eran muy cómodos. El resto fue muy bien, la calidad del buffet esta bien para el precio que es.

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic hotel, we really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be returning again. The hotel was spotless, staff were friendly and helpful, the food was great and catered for our toddler too. Location is great, far enough away that you dont hear any noise from the bars but close enough to walk to the beach and the old town.

The hotel is ok, clean and very helpful staff. The rooms are not very well insulated so it's very noisy of a night, easily waken up by people in adjoining rooms when they return late. The nightly shows are so so but entertaining for families. The food is average but again the eating area is clean.

El bufet de calidad media, costaba mucho coger los ascensores, y claro estando en el piso 12. Habitación muy caliente, le daba todo e´día el sol y el aire de la habitación tenia muy poca potencia para enfriarla, pasamos mucha calor. La zona de piscinas muy bien.

Fatal!!!

Mi experiencia global ha sido regular. Hay 2 aspectos muy negativos, el primero es la comida del bufet, la verdad es que es muy muy mala, las cosas no sabían a nada, ni si quiera unos simples huevos 😥 Por otro lado era misión imposible coger un ascensor tanto para subir como para bajar, con lo que cada vez que salíamos o a trabamos era toda una odisea, al final después de mucho esperar nos tocaba subir/bajar andando. Es una lástima que un hotel como este tenga estos fallos. No volvería nunca a este hotel y tampoco lo recomendaría a nadie

Hotel correcto aunque mejorable en muchos aspectos

Habitación limpia y cómoda, aunque si buscas un hotel tranquilo este no es el lugar adecuado (animación ruidosa en la piscina de 12 a 24h y mucho ajetreo de huéspedes por los pasillos en horas nocturnas). Aparcamiento para coche en un parking público a 1km de distancia. Comida decepcionante, muy mejorable en cuanto a calidad.

El hotel para mi esta muy bien ubicado por donde esta lo unico que la zona por la noche se reunen bastantes jovenes que hacen botellon en las inmediaciones,y otra cosa a mencionar es el buffet ya que es muy escaso en las cenas no tienen mucha variedad,el personal un trato magnifico de 10
