Discover a perfect refuge for families and groups of friends in the heart of Benidorm, a spacious and comfortable accommodation located just 300 metres from the iconic Levante Beach. This 100-square-metre dwelling offers an ideal space to enjoy memorable holidays.
The apartment has 4 bright and fully equipped bedrooms, with capacity to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Each room is designed with rest in mind, with individual beds that guarantee a relaxing stay. The layout includes two bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub, facilitating the coexistence of guests.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare delicious family meals. The living room has air conditioning and a living area with a sofa, perfect for moments of relaxation after a day at the beach or sightseeing.
One of the great advantages of this accommodation is its privileged location. It is situated in an ideal area for families, with views of the sea, mountain and swimming pool. A few steps away you will find supermarkets, restaurants and the pedestrian zone, which facilitates any need during your stay.
The apartment includes a private parking space and allows pets (maximum 2), which makes it very versatile. The outdoor terrace is a perfect space to enjoy mornings with a coffee or afternoons with a drink, while contemplating the views.

It has a lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, tennis court, heat pump heating, air conditioning only in the living room (extra paid service), communal swimming pool, garage in the same building 1 private underground parking space, Television, wifi (in rental).

The communal area of the building, as well as its services (gardens, swimming pool, tennis, children's playground or any other type of facility or service), do not depend on us and the operating hours and conditions of use will be as indicated by the Owners' Association.
The apartments come with towels and sheets, and are delivered clean upon entry. Upon departure, they must be left clean, tidy, and without rubbish (otherwise, the extra cost incurred will be deducted from the deposit).
Pets of any type are only accepted upon request and must be expressly accepted in writing by us (please consult us).
If there is parking and it does not indicate that it is private, then the parking is communal and there is no guaranteed parking space for each apartment. (Only one car can be parked per apartment and only if a space is available).
These are optional (paid) services: WiFi, the cot, and air conditioning (if available), unless it is expressly indicated that they are included in the price.
If you need an iron, request it at our office.
View optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights stayed by customers). Some optional services may be subject to availability by the external provider.
Our clients have an emergency maintenance service for the apartment available 24 hours through a contact telephone number (only for apartment problems that cannot wait until our reception office opens). Misuse or abuse of this service will result in a cost to the client.
The key handover is always at our reception office, not in the building you have booked. For this, you must come to Fincas Arena. If you arrive after the office is closed in the afternoon or on a holiday, there will be a list in the display window with the names of clients and a telephone number to call, and someone will bring the keys to the door of our office in a few minutes (if you anticipate arriving outside of office hours and notify us, it helps us organise ourselves and minimise your waiting time when you arrive at our office).
Optionally we can bring the keys to the apartment address, but this service has a supplement (please consult).
Outside of working hours, we only deliver 1 set of apartment keys, and if they notify that they are coming with a car, we send a key or access card to the parking area. During check-in, we can give them another set of apartment keys.
In this case, the following morning, except on Sundays and holidays, they must come to our office to present the ID or passport of all occupants (it is mandatory by Law)
The photos of apartments shown on our website are of a typical apartment, as having several apartments in each building and being apartments of private owners, there may be variation in the type of furniture or decoration, height, views, etc., but the services described are practically the same in all of them.
The entry to the apartments is at 5:00 PM (if the apartment is clean and prepared earlier, keys can be handed over earlier (this may incur an extra cost). Even if requested in advance, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be available before this time.
The departure from the apartments is at 10:00 hrs (if you wish to leave later, please consult our staff about the possibility of a late check-out of the apartment. (It has an extra cost), it is subject to availability until the day before departure.
Therefore, free of charge, both on the day of arrival and departure, we can store your luggage in our office (service available only during our opening hours, not on Sundays or holidays).
At our reception office, we have tourist information, city maps, and can arrange all types of additional services for both your stay in the apartment and to enjoy the daytime and nighttime sports, cultural, and leisure activities offered by the city and its surroundings.
For our clients, we can offer a transfer service to and from Alicante airport or train station, either by taxi or with private transport companies (VTC) or minibuses for groups. If you arrive at night or on a holiday, we can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport with your apartment keys and taken directly there.
We can also help them with arrangements to confirm their return transfer or print their boarding passes (service with an additional cost)
Tickets to theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Aquanatura), party venues, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided tours to nearby towns or Valencia, car rental, electric vehicle rental for people with reduced mobility (in some buildings we can provide a charging area if rented with us, please check), diving or sports activities and contact with nature through specialised companies. Tickets to nightclubs on special dates (especially New Year's Eve).
We can offer tickets for various concerts and events held in Benidorm throughout the year, for this they can contact us or follow the blog we have on our website.
If they need socio-health services, we have them available through an external provider (babysitters, accompaniment, personal hygiene, nursing, physiotherapy, medication control, etc).
