  • Apartment in Levante area, Benidorm, 5 minutes walking from the beach. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and capacity for 4 people.

    40 m² accommodation that is very bright, featuring a 5 m² terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the city.



    It has an elevator, high-speed internet access via fiber (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, seasonal community pool + children's pool, 1 private parking space in the same building, 1 Television, iron.

    The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.



    - The key delivery and check-in is done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

    - A deposit of 200€ is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash in its absence.

    - Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

Ideal for all your needs. Would return.

Location is ideal for most. Situated just off the strip. Panorama giving sunrise and sunset views. Plenty of places to eat and drink, mobility shop across the street if required. Having to collect keys on an evening. Not always a safe option when you are pensioners. Very basic and tired pots and pans. Needs a complete new set. Some look 10+ years old.

Excellent location, lovely sea view from balcony, apartment had everything you needed No sun loungers around the gorgeous pool area, so unable to make use of this facility which was a shame . Although no fault of apartment but next door was extremely noisy which was uncomfortable for us.
