Fantastic location

Far exceeded our expectations, loved this is a little gem so much so I have regrets telling people about it as I might not be able to book it again for fear of it getting as popular as the Gemelos 26 ha ha, very comfortable apartment with every thing you need , beds are very comfortable and the location was perfect for us, we considered ourself's very lucky to have come across this lovely apartment, everything on your doorstep' hope to book again for the next trip to Benidorm Cant think of anything

The location, it was modern and very clean. Modern bathroom with great shower. Just a couple of niggly things. The ironing board wouldn’t stay up. The window shutters wouldn’t go all the way up and then stuck in mid position. Didn’t want to force in case I broke them. Also had to take the keys back to the office, which while on 5 mins walk away, feels a bid old fashioned

Property in excellent location and very good value for money . Property was fine but we were not given specific information on how to get there , we’re just told it’s behind casino. It was behind casino but actually over the road behind it , this put a bit of a blur on our stay , as it was after midnight . Better instructions for guests needed. Also instructions didn’t mention hair dryer but there was one , would have saved me bringing one .

Location was spot on next door to flash hotel. 1 min walk to beginning of the strip. 5 mins to beach. Lovely and clean. Quite modern. Very quiet. Beds comfortable. 1 double bed. 2 single beds. Sofa bed in living room. Big walk in shower. Everything you needed in the kitchen. Tv had Netflix (although never used) iron. Ironing board. Washing machine. Big fridge freezer. Hairdryer

Great apartment with some minor issues.

Very good location, it's close to all the main entertainment areas. Short walk to the well known bars on the strip. Good size for a couple. Kitchen has cooker,hob and washing machine. The parking was very handy and free. We found it quiet even though it's a busy road. Also we didn't hear any neighbours, although I think this was because the apartment above us was empty. The enclosed porch was very spacious and had the sun till about 4PM. This was in January and if it was cool outside the sun still made the inside porch warm. This has changed my opinion on enclosed porches. I now think they actually are a really good idea. In the summer you can open all the windows to keep it cool. Kitchen was lacking some basic equipment. ie. Baking tray, cloths, washing up liquid. We had a car full of stuff from home. But if you arrive by plane the first thing you would have to do is go shopping for basics. The front door lock does not work at all. So you can not fully lock the door either when you go outwhen you go to bed. The fuse box will trip out if you use too much electricity at the same time. It tripped out many times when cooking. Especially when using oven/hoboven/microwave. As with a lot of apartments in Spain there is no smoke alarms.

Apartment is in an ideal location is in a central location for everything and is easily and safely accessed from main street, its the corner apartment on the fourth floor very large enclosed balcony which gets the sun most of the day the windows open wide to allow fresh air in there's a table and chairs plus plastic seating and table, two bedrooms one at back with double bed no aircon/heating with views overlooking pool area the front bedroom two single beds with Aircon/heating window overlooks balcony which keeps outside noise down, living room has bed settee TV no English channels very fast WiFi table and four chairs, kitchen has large fridge freezer, hob, oven and microwave also utility room with washing machine, found the apartment clean and tidy with plenty of spare towels and bedding. Really enjoyed our stay there BUT if only it was better equipped for the self-catering side no grill tray or shelf in oven? So made it unusable, the utensils eg. no fish/egg slice just little things like that I know you'll say I could have gone and complained but I shouldn't have to it should be there we managed. But all thing's considered we would definitely go back. Used small supermarket/off licence below for water and drinks and caretaker Jose was always on hand for help and advice large supermarket 4 mins walk beach just beyond. Found that having the booking office close by handy the staff helpful and friendly very reassuring thanks for a great week. Have a list of essential utensils that can be quickly checked, carry out repairs if needed the curtain rail on balcony needs fixing, cracked glass replacing,shelf in living room chair legs loose little things like that, think most people would rather check out an hour earlier if it meant you could check in earlier
