「Die Villa ist der absolute Hit - viel Platz, wunderbar gelegen, mit einer umwerfend schönen Aussenanlage. Die Kommunikation mit Fernando war super und unkompliziert und er hat sofort reagiert, als wir einige kleinere Mängel bei ihm gemeldet haben. Er gab uns auch wertvolle Tipps, wo sich was befindet in der Umgebung, so dass wir uns sehr schnell zurecht gefunden haben. Wir haben die Zeit genossen.」

「Overall, excellent location and place and everything was delightful, I would suggest a floor fan / oscillating fan in the apartment since it can get stuffy with all the windows closed and it would also provide some white noise over the people upstairs when they walk around at night. Someone smokes in the area by the elevator on a lower floor that rises to the upper floors but I assume there is no rule against that. 」

"Friendly staff but facilities are a bit old and deteriorating. Most important thing is there was only one time of changing of beddings and towels no matter how long you staff there for unless you pay. In addition, having a washing machine in the apartment is a good idea for those long stay."
