Erholsamer Urlaub 2025 in ruhiger Lage – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare, erholsame Wochen in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus in Calpe verbracht. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig – ideal, um abzuschalten und neue Energie zu tanken. Besonders genossen haben wir den großzügigen Pool, der regelmäßig gereinigt wurde und somit stets einen gepflegten Eindruck machte. Er war bei uns täglich im Einsatz – eine wahre Wohltat bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen! Ein kleiner zusätzlicher Schattenbereich am Pool wäre das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.Das Haus selbst entsprach voll und ganz den Bildern und Beschreibungen. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und in einem renovierten Zustand. Eine etwas geräumigere Couchgarnitur und ein größerer Couchtisch hätten den Wohnbereich noch gemütlicher gemacht – besonders, wenn man abends gemeinsam entspannt. Aber auch so haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Im Außenbereich gibt es zwei Tische, die wir häufig genutzt haben. Der Tisch am Eingang hatte allerdings eine Holzoberfläche, die schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen war – nach dem Frühstück ließ sie sich nur schwer reinigen. Hier wäre eine Erneuerung oder eine andere Tischplatte wünschenswert.Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Javi, der uns die Schlüssel übergeben und uns alles gezeigt hat, war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend – vielen Dank nochmals dafür!Alles in allem war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir würden dieses Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Top location mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus ist wunderschön in toller Lage . Voll Ausgestattet für einen schönen Urlaub . Mängel : Sauberkeit könnte man noch verbessern . Zu wenig Handtücher für die Personenzahl .Teilweise Bettwäsche mit Löchern und Verfärbungen . Übergabe und Abnahme vom Hausmeister war nicht in Ordnung. Am Abreisetag kam er nicht und wir mussten nach Benissa fahren um uns die Rest Kaution von ihm zu holen . Da frag ich mich für was 35 € für Check in und Check out zu zahlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, Pool, Außenterrassen, Küche, Klimaanlage (auch in den Schlafräumen), Grill usw. Der vor Ort Kontakt war bestens: Danke Javi! Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert für Einkäufe und Ausflüge. Kleiner „Mangel“: Teller, Geschirr und Zubehör könnten modernisiert werden. Und bei 6 Personen sollten 6 Liegestühle da sein ( es waren fünf). Ansonsten fehlte es uns an nichts.

Internetbild von Incerat entspricht nicht der währe Große

Ruhige Umgebung, Strand zu Fuß erreichbar jedoch mühsame ( sehr steile Straße) Pool ist super, aber fehlende Schatenstellen für die Ligen. Keine Reinigungsmittel. Oberen Stock hat keine direkte Verbindung mit rest des Hauses. Parkplätze sind kleider nicht beschattet.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Das Haus hat einen sehr großen Parkplatz, wo man mehrere Autos abstellen kann. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig. Wir konnten sehr gut entspannen, der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und man kann um das Haus immer ein schattiges Plätzchen finden. Es gibt eine sehr gute Außenbeleuchtung, so dass am Abend eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre entsteht. Der Pool ist groß und privat. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und die Betten sind gut. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Séjour médiocre

J'ai réservé cette villa en me basant sur la description et les photos. Egalement sur l'échange eu avec l'hote. A notre arrivée, premières déceptions: villa n'a pas de jardin, une bonne partie avec des gravillons (parking et arrière partie), aucune photo ne les montre. De même on voit une partie de la mer lointaine, mais ce n'est pas vraiment une vue sur mer. Il y a une vetusté lié au manque d'entretien extérieur (karcher) et une table en bois usé. La personne qui nous a remis les clés nous a informé que le portail ne se ferme pas. De plus, le jour même, je me suis fait piqué par des guêpes qui ont un nid installé dans le portail. Nous n'avons eu aucune indication à ce sujet. De ce fait, le portail est resté ouvert du fait qu'on ne pouvait pas l'approcher. J'ai infromé l'hote le jour même, rien n'a été fait. Il n 'ya qu'un parasol à coté de la piscine. Il aurait été bien d'avoir d'autres parasols pour avoir de l'ombre dans les terasses autour des tables. Le carrelage et décollé ce qui peut blesser les enfants. Le calport est inexploitable. Une bache aurait été bienvenue pour mettre la voiture à l'ombre. Seul points positifs sont la piscine, les chambres et la cuisine qui sont fonctionnelles. Il est indiqué 130m2 pour la maison mais je ne pense pas. Pour la chambre du haut, les rideaux sont déchirés et ne sont pas occulatant. La soleil illumine la pièce tôt le matin. Pour toute ces raisons, le sentiment d'insécurité (portail qui ne se ferme pas, guêpes) et le fait que l'hote n'a rien fait, cela nous a gaché un peu le séjour

Das Haus ist perfekt für eine Familie. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr grosszügig und schön gestaltet. Das 3. Zimmer ist im oberen Stock, hat einen separaten Eingang ist und nur durch eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen. Der Strand la Fustera ist zu Fuss in 15 Min zu erreichen.

Estancia agradable, pero mejorable

La vivienda y su parcela son agradables y están bien cuidadas. La habitación superior, con acceso exterior nos resultó algo incómoda. La piscina, excelente. Algunas cosas, como el WiFi o la televisión no funcionaron y, aunque se comunicó al propietario, no hubo mejora alguna.

Verouderde accommodatie

Ik heb deze villa geboekt vanwege zee zicht. En dat klopt niet. In de de omschrijving van de advertentie staat zee zicht en dat de accommodatie van alle gemakken is voorzien. En dat klopt gewoon niet. De villa heeft geen enkele zee zicht. De genoemde terrassen hebben geen enkele schaduw en de enige paracol was voor het zwembad. De villa is ook niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen vanwege een aparte 3e slaapkamer met een aperte ingang buiten de villa om. Mijn kinderen waren bang om apart te slapen in deze 3e slaapkamer. Wij voelden ons niet veilig in de villa omdat de poort/ hek niet op slot kan. De poort was kappot. De WiFi deed het niet ondanks allerlei pogingen. De omgeving waar de villa is vind ik niet zo mooi. De omgeving heeft weinig groen en geen uitzicht. Vandaf stadje Benissa tot aan de villa was 10 km rijden in de bergen en daar doe je minimaal 20 minuten over. Kortom de villa voldeed niet aan de beschrijving zoals vermeld in de advertentie. Mijn advies is: dat de villa niet geschikt is voor gezinnen en de omschrijving klopt niet. Ik heb te veel betaald en weinig comfort voor terug gekregen.

Excelente zona de piscina y limpieza muy mejorable

Los dueños son encantadores, no hemos tenido ningún problema con su atención. La zona de piscina es excelente y la limpieza y mantenimiento de piscina y patio también, no asi la de la casa. En cuanto mueves un mueble hay polvo y suciedad además de bichos e insectos variados, entre alquiler y alquiler se requiere una limpieza más profunda. La zona es muy tranquila pero una de las noches tuvimos que llamar a la policía por una fiesta en la villa de al lado. Creo que si se hiciese una adecuada desinfección y fumigación la estancia mejoraría mucho. Los electrodomésticos y útiles de cocina muy completos. Una de las habitaciones es totalmente independiente y se accede por unas escaleras diferentes a las de la vivienda principal. En conclusión, la villa y la piscina son maravillosas, y los propietarios muy agradables, es una pena no poder darle una mejor puntuación por cuestiones de limpieza.

Utmerket bolig

Dette var en utmerket bolig med hyggelig sjekk-inn og hvor ting fungerte som de skulle. For oss personlig var det en liten ulempe at dusjen var i andre etasje, mens det var badekar med dusj i første - det var ikke lett å skjønne dette ut fra annonsen. Men for personer hvor dette ikke er noe problem, er dette en utmerket leilighet, med utsikt, mot Middelhavet og i god stand.

La maison est au calme et tres fonctionnelle. À l arrivée, une charmante jeune femme nous a accueilli, merci encore. Par contre il a fallu elever le ton pour avoir deux paires de drap double, Dans la maison il y a 2 chambres doubles et 1 chambre avec deux lits simples, ils avaient fait le lit double du bas et les lits simples, mais nous étions deux couples et souhaitions pouvoir dormir dans les 2 chambres doubles celle du rez-de-chaussée et celle de l étage....il a fallut se facher pour remplacer les draps de lits simples par une paire de drap double, la personne nous disait ne pas avoir draps assez grands disponibles!!!!....pourtant les draps sont payant 15€ par personne... Donc 30€ la paire de drap double...donc de quoi se faire un stock qd même ... Mais tout est rentré dans l ordre au bout d une heure nous avions nos draps.... Cette location est tres bien, les 3 chambres sont climatisées, il y a un fer à repasser mais pas de table à repasser... La piscine est tres sympa.

Lovely Villa with Pool

The villa is set in a quiet residential area, we hired a car to visit towns in the area. It is possible to walk to the supermarket, beach and the restaurants however the walk back to the villa is up a steep hill. The villa is a good size and met all of our needs. The pool was great for a family with teenagers to enjoy. We had a lovely two weeks in a lovely part of Spain.

Nice villa with a few issues

The upstairs part of the villa is only accessible via outside steps, which means that those upstairs need keys to the downstairs doors too - which we weren't given and had to ask for. The upstairs toilet does not flush when water is being used downstairs, and certainly not when the pool is being topped up (which can take up to three hours!). It is also faulty: on a few nights it seemed to be refilling the cistern all night long but would still not flush. Also whenever water is used downstairs it reduces the flow to a dribble upstairs, but the shower is rubbish any time, and the wall bracket is broken. Otherwise the villa is very clean, especially the pool, which is excellent, and there is plenty of space in the villa grounds.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Proa in Benissa. The house was in great condition with a lovely pool area. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool! The house is located in a very nice and calm area within walking distance to the supermarket and the beach (approx 10 min). Despite this a car is to recommend to get to Calpe and Moraira. The owner Simone replied very quickly and we had a good contact by e-mail. The welcome at arrival and the farewell at the departure day was in time and a very nice meeting. We really recommend this house!

Super Urlaub wir kommen wieder

Alle Möbel sind im Haus neu. In allen Zimmern gibt es eine neue Phanasonic Klimaanlage. In der Küche gibt es einen riesigen neuen Kühlschrank, neuer Herd und Spühlmaschine. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Villa steht in einer sehr gehobenen Umgebung und man kann zum Meer laufen. Man sollte aber ein Auto haben, so dass man in der Umgebung die schönen Buchten und Strände anfahren kann, In der Bucht la Fustera haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt einen Spielplatz und ein Restaurant. Es ist für mich einer der schönsten Buchten mit Sandstrand. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Supermarkt ich gleich um die Ecke. Außerdem sind wir an dem spektakulären Wanderweg nach Moraira gelaufen. Dieser Weg ist einzigartig und man läuft durch viele Buchten über spektakuläre Felsabschnitte. Man könnte noch so viel schreiben... Es war sehr schön, vielen Dank für den Urlaub, wir werden wieder kommen.

Tolles Haus mit Allem, was man braucht :o)

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind (2 Jahre) in diesem tollen Haus in Spanien. Die Fotos entsprechen vollständig der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Alle Geräte (vorallem die Klimaanlagen) funktionierten einwandfrei, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Einzig die Dusche im separatem OG ist sehr klein und nur mit einer Handbrause versehen. Das Duschen gestaltete sich hier etwas komplizierter. :o) Der Weg zum Strand ist machbar, allerdings bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad sehr anstregend. Dafür ist der Pool einfach himmlich, sehr groß und wurde alle paar Tage vom Poolservice gereinigt. Die Abwicklung funktionierte bei Ankunft und bei Abreise sehr einfach und freundlich. Zum Einkaufen gibt es ca. 10 min. vom Ferienhaus entfernt diverse Supermärkte (Mercadona/Aldi/Lidl etc.) Für Kleinigkeiten bietet sich der kleine Supermarkt vor Ort an. Ein Leihwagen ist hier auf jeden Fall nötig, wenn man sich selbst verpflegen möchte.
