Madame Vargas (Alquileres Villamar S.L.) est très accueillante, bienveillante et toujours soucieuse du bien être des vacanciers . Cela fait la 6ème fois que nous louons une maison avec piscine chez Alquileres Villamar et nous sommes toujours très satisfait. Les différentes maisons que l'on a pu louer ont toujours été conforment à la description sans jamais de mauvaise surprise. Mme Vargas est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions ou pour résoudre un problème que l'on pourrait rencontrer. La maison Pepe est situé dans un endroit calme et possède une grande piscine! Cette maison possède également toutes les commodités, que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour (du 13 au 27/07/24). Je recommande vivement Alquileres Villamar S.L.

Si hace caloret, olvídate del tío Pepet

Estuvimos dos semanas de agosto alquilados en esta casa con piscina y nuestra experiencia no fue muy satisfactoria, ni con la casa ni con su gestión durante la estancia. En líneas generales, la casa está bien, pero tiene algunos inconvenientes que al final hacen que no puedas estar cómodo, al menos en verano, ni descansar. Con un cambio de colchones en dos de las tres habitaciones y una nevera nueva, nuestra experiencia hubiera sido totalmente diferente. Creemos que ambas cosas son unos bienes básicos, donde no se debería escatimar el gasto ni apurar tanto para reemplazarlos. Aspectos positivos : +6 hamacas nuevas +Vistas del Peñón +Cocina completa +3 baños, incluido uno la piscina Aspectos negativos: -Casa donde incide el sol y no preparada para el calor -Únicamente con 1 aparato de A/A en el salón, necesario encenderlo 24h. Ventiladores en todas las habitaciones, nada eficaces. -Carencia de zonas de sombra en la terraza, muy caliente a pesar del toldo. -Agua caliente de los grifos en todo el día, que impiden duchas con agua fría -Mobiliario de cama antiguo que perjudica la salud y el descanso. Es necesario un cambio urgente de todos los colchones individuales, donde te claves los muelles, y sus somieres. -Almohadas de las camas pasadísimas y sin apenas relleno -Sofás pasados, que se percibe al sentarte (te hundes) -Nevera que necesita ser sustituida dado su pobre rendimiento Con la gestión tuvimos varias incidencias, con la impresión de que más que voluntad de resolver los problemas, se buscaba ganar tiempo hasta nuestra salida. -Nevera. El día posterior a la llegada comunicamos que no enfriaba correctamente, algo que ya habían trasladado previos inquilinos. Dijeron que era una cuestión de tiempo, si bien nos trajeron una nevera pequeña para suplir el bajo rendimiento de la grande. La realidad es que hasta el tercer día no pudimos hacer compra de productos frescos, bebidas y helados. -Colchones. También comunicamos no poder descansar bien en las camas individuales, problema trasladado a los propietarios, pero que no se solucionó nada. Esperamos que tras las quejas, los siguientes inquilinos tengan la suerte de no partirse el lomo. -Mantenimiento regular. Tuvimos que alertar de que los encargados de la piscina no pasaban (hasta nos quedamos sin cloro). No pasó un jardinero en las 2 semanas (no sabemos que les hubiera pasado de no haberlas regado nosotros).
