The villa has a large sitting room, a beautiful dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom at the top floor. The independent apartment at the ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The villa has an enclosed plot with a private pool measuring 8m x 4m with outdoor shower, various terraces, of which one covered and a spectacular outdoor covered kitchen with bar and barbecue.
