Benitachell: House "La Caissa". In the district of Cumbre del Sol, 4 km from the sea. Private: garden, swimming pool (3 x 7 m, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: sun terrace. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, swimming bay 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, hi-fi system, DVD, electric heater and gas heater. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Panoramic view of the sea. Pour de bonnes vacances

Une vue à couper le souffle, au calme. Maison avec piscine conforme à la description avec tout le confort sauf la clim qui serait peut-être utile avec ces chaleurs mais heureusement qu'il y a cette magnifique piscine pour ce rafraîchir. De très bonnes vacances.
