「We had a very comfortable stay. The bedrooms, baths, and family rooms were very clean and well supplied. Unfortunately, a couple of things were left unattended. The refrigerator was not wiped out. It didn't appear to be sanitized. The coffee maker needed descaling, so the carafe and the pods were unusable. The backyard was plenty large for our dog to chase her ball and play. We did clean up several dried piles of dog poop before letting her out. Thanks, Jessica, for an enjoyable stay.」

「Had a great time」

「Great house!」

「Very clean and the host was great! Everything was as expected. Would highly recommend and would stay again.」

「This house is perfect. My whole family fit perfectly. Games were great in garage. Backyard is beautiful」

「We stayed Thursday through Sunday, and unfortunately the experience did not match the listing or the approximately 1,000 price. There was trash piled up in the garage when we arrived, and I had to notify the homeowner. 「Property was perfect for our needs. Extremely spacious. Even with only 1 bathroom, it was large enough for 2 of us to do makeup/hair at the same time. Very clean and had everything we needed. Easy 30’ish minute drive into downtown Denver. Excellent communication and response time from host. Highly recommend.」

「property was as listed. very clean, working on the back yard.」

「very comfortable house, I really love it here. The backyard is perfect for our little dog to run around in, the front yard can fit three cars easily, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I think it's the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I'd definitely choose this place again next time.」

「Great property just didn't offer a few items we are used to getting in other rentals. Nice property, easy check in and not too bad of a location.」

「This new build was a great location for us. We were in CO for a week long softball tournament. It was a great distance to everywhere we needed to be. It only had the very basic necessities.」
