"The staff was very helpful and the hotel is lovely. However the individual rooms needed better cleaning and communication between the management and the guests on exactly what amenities are offered needs to be looked at."

"Pros: our room was ready early, and it was clean and had lots of natural light. Cons: Our room didn't have a TV remote, alarm clock, or a way to plug in phones. Also the shower had only one temp which was burning hot and no amount of turning knobs would bring the temp down. We reported the problems. A remote was delivered after a 30 min wait."

"It was a clean room for a good price, staff was very nice and welcoming, they had a water fill station which was really nice. The property definitely had some cosmetic issues like a broken tile and dings on the wall but they are actively working on it and improving the property, our tub shower, sink were all new so I think the cosmetic issues are being taken care of and in the process."
