BENODET, 900 m from the beach and 300 m from the shops, apartment of about 32m² on enclosed garden of 140m² located on the ground floor of a residence and comprising:
- A living room with living room overlooking the 1st terrace
- Kitchen open to living room with dining area
- 1 double bedroom 140 cm overlooking the 2nd terrace
- Bathroom
- Separate toilet


We particularly like:
- Prime location along the Odet River
- The 140m² garden, ideal for enjoying sunny aperitifs

Our concierge based in Fouesnant offers the following options to ask for when you book:

Bel appartement avec quelques faiblesses

L´appartement est situeé dans un beau quartier calme dans un immeuble, où la porte d´entrée etait toujours ouverte . La terrasse est très agréable. Malheuresement, il y a eu des problèmes avec la ventilation das la salle de bain et avec la chasse d`eau des toilettes. C´était un peu humide. A part ca c´est un bel appartement lumineux.
