On the 3rd floor of the building, you will enter a lovely living room, with a large bay window opening onto the balcony. A kitchenette, equipped with a vitroceramic hob, a refrigerator, a combined microwave grill, a Senseo coffee maker and a toaster, also offers a dining area with its high table and bar stools.

The sleeping area is located in the living room and includes a large double bed, a television and a wardrobe. By opening the bay window curtains in the morning, you will have a lovely view of the residence's park and access to the balcony, for good breakfasts outside. For lunches or dinners, an electric barbecue, a table and chairs are at your disposal.
