“La habitación mediocre manchas de pintura la puerta del lavabo lamentable no podíamos abrirla del todo por que pegaba en el inodoro, sillas y mesa del balcón llenas de pintura, en el lavabo ni un solo enchufe de corriente la lamparilla de la mesita de noche no funcionaba los enchufes de la habitación solo había uno y era casi inaccesible etc.”

“Resort was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly. My family had a wonderful stay.”

“We booked a 2-bedroom “villa” however when we got to our “villa” it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking. “The rooms were clean and modernized. The breakfast was superb even for vegetarians. The pool was fabulous and clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. You can’t beat this location as it’s walking distance to everything you need.”
