The location was extremely convenient. Easy access to anywhere especially to the subway station underneath Parco shopping center. Staffs were super friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended to everyone.

Good service

Great location in Osaka, 5-minute walk from the JR station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my luggage at the hotel for a few days after checking out the next day and they were extremely accommodating.

We like the spa

Great location in the busy Midosuji area. Shinsaibashi within walking distance. Clean, modern, and very quiet room, but space is quite limited for three beds. Overall a very pleasant stay.
