「Excellent space and great hosts!」

「Its an old 50s hotel, not a house」

「The apartment was good. The pickleball courts were not very clean so not sure that is an advantage here. The area was decent. Rooms were clean.」

「This place is almost brand new, very tidy, and well located near Old Town in Wichita. The host was very responsive on the couple things that came up. Also, the space veels very secure. Definitely recommended.」

「Super efficient communication and very honorable owner! Highly recommend!!」

「Schöne, gemütliche Betten, wunderbarer Service」

「The property was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The space is very efficient! Location was perfect for the Performing Arts Center and grocery was convenient. I would absolutely like to stay there again!」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Fern Flats! The unit was clean, cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was great - very close to downtown and lots of restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well-stocked, and I really appreciated the small attention to details (like cotton rounds in the bathroom!). Would definitely recommend!」

「The place was beautiful and very spacious. If you are looking for a nice comfortable stay in the down town area, this is definitely the place to stay. We really enjoyed the atmosphere the place presented. Dave was very easy to work with on getting our stay put together. We give this place a 10, would definitely do it again.」

「Super cute decor!」

「Charming, calm, and clean. Highly recommend」

「Such a cool vibe and comfortable. Had a great time! Will stay there again if have the chance!」

「Property was cute, clean, had what we needed. Bed was comfy. Couch pull out was not. But that's expected. There was a stage smell, like fish, throughout the place and the air felt stale. Not the best area of town and parking was less than desirable. I was worried my car would get hit and the space assigned was used by someone else. 」
