“Outside prop”

“Everything was great. Easy to find. Our family had so much fun on our trip and enjoyed the house!”

“The location was perfect for us. My husband had surgery at Wesley and we wanted to bring our dog with us. It was easy for me to get to and from the hospital in about 10 minutes. The house was very comfortable and provided all the necessities we needed. Would highly recommend the house. Communication with the host was very easy. When I thought I needed to extend out check out they were great to accommodate.”

“I had to abandon this rental after only 2 hours. The floor was caving in.There were visible bugs. There was a strong smell of black mold and Raid bug spray. The bed felt like an air mattress.I ended up going to the Marriott for a good nights sleep.”

“Basement was a little ugly”

“The property looked just as advertised. Clean & Pet friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the porch light be left on for guests as the block is really dark. ”

“Great property for our stay. Enjoyed the spacious backyard and coffee station.”

“The sheets were not changed and we could not find any wash clothes. The front bedroom light refused to turn on in the morning. It looked like parts of the house had been cleaned.”

“The property was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need. The space is very efficient! Location was perfect for the Performing Arts Center and grocery was convenient. I would absolutely like to stay there again!”

“Cute little place for a nice price! My kids had a lot of fun exploring and looking at the antiques.”

“Pet friendly is the primary reason we stayed. The place is exceptionally clean and quiet. We will certainly stay here again. A pamphlet of information/instructions would have been beneficial as email contact did not provide prompt exchanges. In any event thanks for a very clean, reasonable and functional place to stay.”

“Perfect size for our group. Fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. Great location!”

“This is a lovely property located in the heart of Wichita. I truly appreciated the location because it’s near a lot of restaurants & entertainment but in the evening you come home to a quiet very clean comfortable space. The owner was very eager to help out in any way.”

“The home is very beautiful. It has a lot of charm. The neighbor hood was quiet. I would definitely reserve it again and recommend to others.”

“Our overall experience was good! There are some areas that could use a little TLC as the home is older, but I did love that it was located in a central area near the highway which made it easier getting from point A to point B. The host was always quick to respond and made check in a breeze. If you have kids, there was plenty of activities in the basement area to keep them busy! The biggest downfall of the home is only having 1 bathroom and the sizing of it when there’s more than 2 people……

“The house was very nice. The host was very friendly and when we had questions they responded immediately. We had to add a day before we checked in and add two weeks to our stay. The host was very accommodating and worked with us. If you have a loved one in or working at Wesley hospital, this house is very close to the hospital. ”
