“Met all of our needs. The fenced in backyard was very nice considering how close to the road it was with the kids. The wifi must have been down as the network wasnt popping up on any devices. The high chair was very nice as we didnt have room to bring ours. The welcome packet listing food nearby was helpful. Beds were comfortable and having, toys and dvds to entertain kids was much appreciated. Jessica was very easy to work with and alwasy responded promptly to my messages as im not a frequent……

“This property is in the perfect location! It is a short walk to the beach, next to many amazing restaurants and shops. The condo had a lot of space, storage (closets and dressers) and all the amenities we needed. It was very nice to have both an indoor and outdoor pool. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The house is adorable and has so much character. It was decorated beautifully, and we loved all of the thoughtful touches, like the record player, gumball machine, and the complimentary drinks and snacks. It made the space feel very welcoming and homey. The location was also great—just a short distance from the beach and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The only downside was the traffic. The house sits on a corner, and there were quite a few semi-trucks……

“I only stayed briefly but everything was excellent. Clean, well decorated & furnished, excellent communication from hosts. My only warning would be the surroundings and the parking lot could be perceived as unsafe - nothing outrageous but some rowdy folks in the evening, dark parking lot. If you're sensitive about the sort of thing you might want to be careful.”

“Tad was an excellent host; highly responsive and went out of his way to accommodate a specific need I had during my stay. I truly appreciated his attentiveness.Unfortunately, the noise from the upstairs unit made the overall experience quite unpleasant. A child ran back and forth across the apartment from early morning well into the evening, banged things on the floor, and rolled around in what sounded like a chair or scooter — constantly. It was simply untenable and significantly impacted my……

“Cute design, excellent location, right by main street. Easy to get everywhere and walkable to local restaurants and shops. Right on the river with easy access to a quiant riverside walking path. Plenty of parking. Keurig coffee makers, stocked with a variety of pods, and laundy facilities in a common area between units. Do be prepared for two flights of stairs to get to units. The unit itself was nice. Big showers with double shower heads. Very comfortable beds. All the doors were barndoor style……
