The master bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, towels, and toilet paper. For extended stays, guests are kindly asked to replenish their consumables. Note that the master closet is typically locked off for guests.

✹ The owners of this listing still have access to the garage apartment on site. We travel a lot, but will often stay out of the converted garage apartment when we are in town.
✹ Just a quick note: if you see a red Toyota RAV4 parked in front, please don’t block it — it belongs to the owner who stays in the garage.
✹ Pets are welcome, we allow pets at the property and there is a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay, along with a $300 incidental damage deposit.
✹ This is the upper unit of a duplex. Additionally, please note that the downstairs unit will not be rented when we have guests staying in the upstairs unit.
✹ While biking around downtown is an option, Bentonville is primarily a driving city. We recommend renting a car from XNA if you're flying in!
✹ Bike storage is securely provided in the laundry area downstairs. We're also planning to install more bike racks soon on the covered front porch!
