Beautiful Property and Location
Pros: This location is so good for walking to downtown Bentonville. The property felt safe and was very clean and decorated well. The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. I stopped on the way and grabbed some coffee pods just in case and I'm glad I did because there were only hot chocolate pods available. It's a simple fix that makes a lot of difference. The other thing I didn't love was that this property is part of Vacasa meaning you never communicate with one person. The ice maker never worked while we were there and I tried texting the number I was given but got no response. There is a number to call but by that time our trip was almost over and I just didn't care. I did miss the ease of communicating with a single property owner. However, this didn't take away from how great of a property it was overall. Just minor inconveniences.

We frequent this location quite often if it's available when we have business in Bentonville. The stay is always great, home away from home! If I could say one thing, maybe stock up on essentials for your guests (tissues) and better quality for paper towels/toilet paper (personal preference of course!) Looking forward to the next stay! Thank you so much :)
