Quick check in. There is an elevator for rooms on the second floor, however, it is a very spread out hotel, and you may have to walk quite a distance to get to your room.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Checking was quick and easy however the key cards or the locks themselves were terrible. Almost every time I tried to get into my room I had to go back to the front desk to get another key card.

The room was clean and secure. My only complaint was that it was very cold out and the room heater had been turned off completely so that when I checked in the room was extremely cold, I cranked the heater up before going out for a few hours and even with it on full heat, it never really warmed up very much. I was tempted to ask for a room change, but it was late and I didn’t feel like packing everything up…the breakfast was only grab and go muffins, cereal, bars, and oatmeal packets. Staff was friendly though, and I would stay again If I was in this area…the price was reasonable and there were plenty of dining and shopping options on the road where the hotel is located .

Woth the stay
Cleanliness was excellent. Much better than other times in the past when I'd stayed there with spouse. The room is well set up. A small fridge and microwave would NOT be beside the point.

The room was very clean and newly remodeled. The exterior also well kept. The lobby and hallways need updated and a little maintenance but over all I’d book this room again.

In general the room was fine. The parking lot out back did not have enough lighting although it had plenty of parking. Although advertised as having breakfast, they were remodeling their dining room and were only handing out snacks and a microwaveable sausage sandwich in the morning. The staff was nice but the night guy had no idea that there were back entrances that I could use to get to my room (?). It was one of the cheaper hotels in the area although traffic is a mess.

Short stay
It was a nice stay . Wife had to be at the hospital at 5 AM so we did not have much time at the hotel . The time we did have , we were surprised how nice it was in the hotel .

The price was reasonable. It was clean and the plumbing worked. The room smelled okay. They furnished plenty of towels and washcloths. The hotel seemed understaffed in that we got in late and there was no one at the front desk for several minutes. The breakfast was next to nothing: Fruit cups, some faded apples and packaged blueberry muffins. The parking lot was not lighted. The handicap access room was satisfactory except it was on the second floor and almost to the very back of the hotel, which made no sense for someone with limited mobility.

Thank you for reivew. Like most smaller hotels our front not only does the front, but they are also working on laundry in the back. We do state that we serve a grab and go breakfast.

My room smelled pretty musty or like BO. I thought the pictures were a little misleading for the condition of the property. I was expecting something a little nicer given the price. The “free breakfast” was a tray of apples, multigrain bar, or cup of peaches. The staff was super friendly though. That helped improve the experience.

The best thing about this place is the pool. It was quiet and relaxing, so if you're literally just needing a place to sleep for the night then 10/10. Otherwise, spend the extra money and go somewhere else. Here's why: -My #1 complaint is that they say they offer breakfast and it's stated as "grab and go" what they don't tell you is that your breakfast is literally an apple & a fruit cup. They mention "we have sausage egg and cheese biscuits back in the office" but then tell you they don't have any when you ask for one. They should call it a snack, not breakfast. -The tub had a "pin" you pressed hidden below the knob to activate the shower head and none of the staff bothered to explain where to locate it and it took two of us troubleshooting to finally figure it out. ON TOP OF THAT there was no bath plug so I had to use a washcloth to take a bath. The toilet also would let off a raw sewage smell for no reason. -The drink vending machines were not stocked and it appeared the only access to ice and a water fountain were in the lobby. -Lastly, all outdoor lighting was non-existent. The parking lot and the pool had no walkway lights or lamp lights. I feel the biggest problem with this place is the transparency on what you are actually paying for. I'm sure the staff isn't fully responsible if at all for these conditions, but whoever is in charge really needs to do better.

Staff unable to address and resolve concerns . Maids need help on reviewing room after stay . Don’t stay with pets . They tack on unreasonable charges or make up charges . Sketchy place . Should have booked last night at La Quinta where they appreciate pets !!!

Was a nice stay with a nice park down the street. Only downfall i found was the rooms didn't have refrigerators or microwaves in them.
