Great price and good location

Good location just south of downtown. Garage space was great for storing bikes (or you car if it starts hailing like it did when we were there). Access to a backyard is a huge plus when you are traveling with dogs. The condition of the house and property was consistent with the price we paid. We were very happy with it.

Stayed here for the Hincapie Fondo

The house was perfect for us. Next door to the start of the Hincapie Fondo and it worked out great. Super convenient and big back yard. House was wonderful. It is close to the Momentary and the first night there was a concert. You could hear the music in the house but thankfully the concert was over by 10:30 and all was well. Thanks again!

nice little home

Overall an enjoyable stay. Location was convenient. The house is a little bit older, but they've done a nice job updating kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. We were able to keep our bikes in the garage. The lock on the front door was a little tricky at first but we got the hang of it. Only minus was that the grass in the back yard was pretty high so we didn't use the seating out there -- it wasn't the well-kept yard seen in the the listing.

Fabulous location to downtown and the trails.

The location is fantastic with Tharen School pump track next door, super close to 8th St market and all the things, especially via bike. However, walking places was easy too. We stayed for 12 nights and found it to be very comfortable living spaces. Beds were super comfy in my opinion. There are some things the owners should fix and upgrade as the previous review states but it was a great stay overall.

Good location, kinda rougher than pictures show

If you are going to the Momentary, it is walking distance. Coffee and breakfast shops in walking distance but no sidewalks. Bed comfortable but needed to use extra pillows from other bedrooms. Place is rougher than shown in the pictures. Some items upgraded (tile in bath?, paint, carpet) but the rest look like it was quickly brought to rental market. Cracks/holes in the walls, ceilings. Front door is coming apart and paint/wood in general outside is in poor shape. SInk disposal doesn't work. Shower drain rusted, toilet paper holder/towel clips on wall with no bars. Cat 5 running everywhere and just painted over. No easy access to back yard, but rough outside and could use a pressure wash. I don't expect perfection, but if you are doing a long stay, I expect it to be done like you could live there. Cleaning fee was excessive. Only used one bedroom but I think single bath could be issue for more people there as it is small (1160sqft total). OK for short stay but they should fix it up better.
