"Best location, best amazing breakfast "

"This is an "onsen" (hot spring) hotel. Bathing is a big part of the experience. We enjoyed our stay. The food and service were fine. While the water in the bath itself was ok, the water in the area outside the bath where you wash before getting in the bath was not hot enough. We complained and the hotel staff was very apologetic. They explained that there was an issue with their hot water heater, but the damage had already been done. It was disappointing."

"I loved everything about this ryokan. It's an old facility but it's ran well and cas clean as I could ask for. The staff was wonderful and some younger ones spoke English. It was just the perfect place for my husband's and Is honeymoon"

"This hotel is so far out of town that walking in to town isn’t really an option (at least a hour walk) and the buses only run every half hour. As for the room itself, when you enter the bottom of the stairwell, you can turn on the light at the bottom but not the top. So you have to walk up into pitch black and use a flashlight to find the light switch at the top. The room barely cooled off, even with us blasting the AC units. Other than that, the rooms were nice and the onsen had a very pretty...
