"I have stayed in 12 hotels on this trip, and this is the friendliest, with the kindest staff. I needed an extra pillow and they brought it to my room within a few minutes, they got me a taxi for my bus out of town, they had better then usual English understanding and treated me very well. "The noise insulation is incredibly poor. We were able to hear every foot step from the unit above. Even worse, the people in the unit above decided the run around and blast music late into the evening/early morning, and since there is no one on site, the hotel can only message them. Of course, that message went unnoticed and we had trouble sleeping the two nights we stayed."
