"The property is lovely, different and very attractive in the trees. The room was large and in a nice style. The lady on reception when we arrived couldn't have been more helpful and spoke excellent English also. "The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "
