The lady on reception when we arrived couldn't have been more helpful and spoke excellent English also. "One of the staff at the lobby was not very helpful and professional and the outdoor bath was tepid, with very little hot water. The bath on the lower floor was hot enough and needs updating. Lots of food for the buffet and that was their best selling point. "
