"Beqa Lagoon Resort was an absolutely phenomenal experience for us. The location is beautiful and relaxing, the prepaid meal plan (3 meals a day) is delicious, and all the activities the resort put on are fun and engaging. "工作人員不誠實，帳單錯誤經過反應還是硬辯。例如被告知的meal plan for價格最後被亂算，並且還多收一天。經過反應還說meal plan不能一天單買⋯⋯ 並且還竄改帳單細節。這樣價格住宿卻是這樣的管理水準，很失望！"

"Very bad experience, the hotel’s location is good close to the diving place . But all other are very bad . The first of all I asked hotel book the car for pick up from airport, it’s charge 200 one way , but when I asked the driver stop in the way just drop my friend they charged other 100 ! It’s ..."

"Our group of (two couples) stayed 4 nights in the middle of the hot and rainy season, so the air conditioned bedrooms and the refreshing pool were great to have.
