"Die Wohnung ist was für Menschen, die gerne ihre Ruhe haben und die Nähe zur Natur suchen. Regensburg Innenstadt ist ca . 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, also kein Problem. Ich habe die Zeit dort deshalb so genossen, weil ich morgens nur drei Minuten zu Fuß in die Natur hatte, der Donauradweg liegt direkt in Sichtweite. "This apartment is a very good choice for a longer stay in Regensburg. It is spacious with a small living room a kitchen. It is clean and well equipped. The location is close to main sites and the train station. Easy check-in but all the communications were in German. I asked a question about a couple of things that were damaged (e.g. the ironing board) and received no answer (I asked in English)."

"It’s in an apartment building. I needed a kitchen and parking, so it was good value for the money. I had trouble connecting ti the Wifi but Christian helped walk us through it. Make sure you pay him for the parking before you arrive. "

"Grandiose Lage für Fußgänger in der historischen Altstadt.Einrichtung der Wohnung ordentlich aber sehr nüchtern, teilweise plemprig. Manche Möbel drohen auseinanderzufallen. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr begrenzt, z. B. ist keine Teekanne vorhanden. Küche und Bad sind schlecht zu lüften.Größtes Manko: Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein 24 Std. Automatenladen. Das wird Nachts häufiger sehr laut, besonders zum Wochenende hin. Ohne diesen Laden wäre es sehr ruhig."
