“It's a nice and comfortable hotel, locate at a convenient location (very close to the bus stop and information center). The only thing that made us feel confused and a little bit disappointing was we booked the room at Hotels.com, but we got a lower-grade room. But the staff provided us free dinner to compensate for the price difference. Overall the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, it's a not bad choice when you travel to Berchtesgaden.”

“Very cosy alpine ski hotel. We had superior room It was very spacious and we had lovely view of the starry night sky from our balcony. The staff were really friendly but a few couldn’t speak to us as we don’t know German. So we did get ignored for breakfast order the final two mornings. Other than than breakfast was great! One other issue is no tea/coffee facilities in room so ended up being charged for tea every evening. ”

“Helpful staff and good breakfast.”

“Our hotel experience was perfect! From the friendly, helpful staff from checkin until checkout - restaurant was great - wellness setup was also great - the views of the surrounding area was breathtaking! The drive to Königssee was close We will definitely be back to visit this hotel!”
