“It's a nice and comfortable hotel, locate at a convenient location (very close to the bus stop and information center).
The only thing that made us feel confused and a little bit disappointing was we booked the room at Hotels.com, but we got a lower-grade room. But the staff provided us free dinner to compensate for the price difference.
Overall the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, it's a not bad choice when you travel to Berchtesgaden.”

“We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to friends. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was plentiful and good. Spa, fitness room and pool/jacuzzi was very nice(would prefer longer hours in evening.
Would recommend the front side of hotel if you go to bed on the early side as the back side was a little noisy because there is a restaurant or business.”
