Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Lage zur Hauptpromenade. Man hat einen tollen Blick vom Sofa/ Bett auf das Meer und den Strand. Am späten Nachmittag/ Abend hat man Sonne auf dem ausreichend großen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Haus bietet einen Fahrstuhl und das Auto kann sicher in einer geräumigen Garage abgestellt werden (Aufpreis).
