Not that bad.
Sweet receptionist provided a lot of traveling advice. The drainage on the ground of toilet is too slow. I hadn't finished showering yet the floor was full of water. Remember to lock before you leave the room. You can hear the noise from the disco nearby. Closing the door of the floor makes noises to all rooms due to air pressure.

WORST HOTEL

Don't Ever Book This Hotel!!!
The WOSRT hotel I've ever lived in!!! The reception came off work at 4:30pm. By the time I got to the hotel (~8pm), I could't get in the hotel as the front door was locked and there was no one to help me check in.There was no email or sms to give me information about how to check in and I had to call the hotel security to go inside the hotel. I followed the instructions of the security to open the locker where there should be room keys, but the locker was empty! No key inside! Worst still, the hotel management team did not pick up phone calls. I waited for 15 minutes only to call the security again, and eventually he got me to a management staff who help me to get a card from the reception myself. What a service! Also, the rock music from the bar on the ground floor was so loud that it was very difficult to sleep! I could't fall asleep even though I was very tired after a whole day of traveling. Even I managed to fall asleep at last, I was woke by the music constantly until it stopped at 3am. The power and lights were also suddenly cut-off in the morning from around 930-1030am, and the toilet was so dark that I could't even see a thing! Do not ever book this hotel!!! The WORST experience

When making a booking with us, we clearly state our opening hours (9:30 AM – 4:30 PM) and arrival after these hours require special arrangements to be made through contacting ahead of time. Unfortunately, on the day of check out, Bergen experienced a massive power outage in the city which affected nearly 5000 people which explains why the power was cut off in your room in the morning. We’re sorry about the noise from the neighborhood bars. As our hotel is located in the middle of the city, in Norway’s second largest city, these things are difficult for us to control. We provide ear plugs for our guests and accept special requests from guests should they want quiet rooms. We did not receive any special requests.

Comparatively cheap in Norway and the room is pretty spacious. Cleaning service only once a week so it may not be comepltely clean but totally acceptable. The biggest problem is the noise from the pub downstairs. Staff are nice and helpful.

房間隔音非常差，其他客人走過房門都聽得見。樓下酒吧營業到凌晨2點，喇叭聲音太吵，根本沒辦法睡。價格不算便宜，我寧願加一點價格去住別的地方。

10 mins walk to fish market
The hotel is pretty close to the city center and just 10 mins walk you can go to the fish market. The staff was pretty nice and helpful. Only inconvenience is the reception only open from 09:30 to 16:00, you can't check in before or after.

地板不太淸潔，電視晚上不能看
本身酒店位置算不錯，不用乘搭交通工具就可以到火車站或熱鬧地方，沒有大問題，我們住兩晚，看電影時間長些，但職員看過後都解決不了，另外木製的地板沒有清理乾淨！

Walkable distance to most of the tourist spots No lift directly to top floor (5/F), need to walk several steps to the floor, a bit inconvenience if you carry luggages

Spacious clean room but noisy
There's a pub nearby so it would be extremely noisy even at very late night. You can imagine how noisy it is as the hotel provide ear plugs in the room. If you want a good sleep, choose an even numbered room on the 4th floor. If you only have hand luggage, you can consider 5th floor as the elevator only goes to 4th floor.

房間乍看還不錯 但實際上東西都壞了 窗簾、暖氣都是壞的 樓下是pub 所以很吵 雖然用兩層窗戶和有附耳塞 但直到半夜三點還是可以感受到震動

Modern and spacious room
Room is good with modern design and spacious, bathroom is good as well. 10-15 mins walk to Central Station, may be a bit hard if you are with your luggage because some part of road are paddles. Quite loud music from the restaurant next to, even in late night.

Good experience with bergen
The hotel is super clean, the room is well-equipped with all the stuffs that you need. The location is very good, it is near the center and visiting area, also the supermarket.

Schmutzig und laut, kein Service
Der Zustand des Zimmers war bis auf Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung. Leider war vor allem der Boden ekelhaft schmutzig. Es war kein Personal im Haus, das man darauf hätte ansprechen können. Die Lage ist central aber leider neben einer Kneipe mit langer Schlange, die sehr viel Lärm verursacht. Man kann daher nur bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es aber nicht.

Var ikke klar over at det var nattklubb i huset så sov vel ikke stort den natten og med eksamen dagen etter burde jeg ha sjekket dette på forhånd. Sengen var forferdelig. Kjente hver en springfjær. Rent og ryddig. Og enkelt med nøkkel i boks.

Value for the money
I would call it the “value for the money” hotel. Super easy check in (no one in the reception). My room had an OK bed. Not the highest cleaning standard when looking underneath the bed. Nice big TV which didn’t work due to lack of battery in the remote. There were some construction work going on in the neighborhood. It didn’t bother me.

Skittent. Dårlig renhold. Det var hårdotter, støv og graps. Vi så de ansatte kun når vi ankom, ellers var de tilsynelatende fraværende. Bildene på nett viser ikke den reelle standard. Det var hun i vegger, bulker og skraper. Flekkete gulv osv.

The only small problem was the night-club below. Apart from that, exactly what I expected for the price, which is enough for me.
