「The location is great the virtual assistant is very responsive,the room space is ok . But the property is very badly maintained. The light spot are broken . They provided with coffee machine with no coffee no sugar no water . The worst thing was when I came back at night and water to take shower surprise surprise! It’s broken !!! I’m not recommending this place at all.」

「Great location close to Central Park and major midtown sights with subway options nearby. Local supermarkets close by. We loved our 2 room 2 bathroom apartment - very handy for a family of 4. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We also utilised the kitchenette fully. Staff were accommodating. Didn’t have much chance to visit the lounge but breakfast was available for a fee. Would definitely stay again. 」

「The location is great. Quiet area, a few blocks from subway, groceries stores, great little restaurants and Central Park a few minutes away.The apartment is clean, equipped with 3 A/C units out of 4 bedrooms, lots of fans. We stay there during a heat wave and were comfortable enough. The bedrooms are spacious with windows and lots of light. The check in and out process was very smooth.It s a great place to come back to after a day of exploring the city.」

「The apartment was as described, a couple of steep stairways to get to it but it was clean, cozy, everything we needed during our visit! Communication was great, did not have to wonder or question the process. WiFi and appliances worked well including window ACs. As it’s in the heart of busy and bustling Chinatown it has potential to be noisy for sleeping but the AC worked perfectly as white noise. Definitely recommend!」
