Summer house with panoramic sea view at Spersboda

The summer house is located at Trehörning lake, Spersboda, about 50 km north east of Stockholm (25km to Åkersberga and 30 km to Norrtälje) with about 50 minutes driving to Stckholm. It has a private dock, swimming area and rowing boat. A fantastic house built in 2016 on the seashore with panoramic view. It consists of a living room with over 4m high ceiling and panoramic lake views, 2 bedrooms, a big LOFT with soffa bed for two persons, a bath room with WC and warm water, a fully equiped kitchen. The master
bedroom has a queen size bed and has excellent sea view. The other bedroom is equiped with two beds (a bunt bed) and has garden view. There are two nice terrraces, one of which is facing the lake and is equiped with a table and outdoor chairs. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee cooker, wine glasses, dishes and all you may need.
The guests will also have access to the child friendly garden (around 2000 square meters) and a rowing boat.
The neighbourhood is excellent for swimming, fishing, walking, biking and day trips. There are several possibilities for boat trips to Stockholm Archipelago and to Finland.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in bester Lage
Das Ferienhaus hält alles, was es verspricht. Man hat auch von innen immer einen tollen Blick auf den See und kann sich gut in die Schlafzimmer sowie auf die obere Etage zurückziehen. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Holzterrasse. Die Lage ist hervorragend für viele Ausflugsziele geeignet und in unmittelbarer Nähe kann man schöne Radtouren machen. Nicht zuletzt ist der sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter zu nennen, der uns auch interessante Tipps und Links für Unternehmungen gab. Wir haben die zwei Wochen dort sehr genossen!

Amazing view over the lake
At arrival we had a warm welcome by our host who is very friendly. He showed us everything and gave us great tips where to do the shopping and about swimming places etc. Very kind and helpful! The house has an amazing view over the lake. It was clean, well equipped and there are several opportunities to sit outside to enjoy the nature. Overall we had a great stay and can highly recommend to stay there.

Genau das, wonach wir gesucht hatten!
Die Lage am See, die Ruhe, das waren für uns schon einmal die wichtigsten Punkte, und die waren perfekt. Das Haus ist sehr schön, bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den See, die Ausstattung ist für einen Urlaub einwandfrei. Vom (sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten!) Gastgeber gab es auch noch gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten dazu, was auch sehr hilfreich ist, wenn man (wie bei uns der Fall) zum ersten Mal dort ist. Der See ist z.B. auch zum SUP-Fahren gut geeignet. Wenn es uns wieder in diese Richtung zieht werden wir auch sehr gerne wieder das gleiche Haus buchen.

Sehr schöne Lage des Hauses mit direktem Blick auf den See. Wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge. Gut beschilderter, idyllischer und gut gepflegter Fernwanderweg führt direkt am Ort vorbei. Gute Küchenausstattung - jedoch leider keine Teekanne und Salatschüssel.

Traumhafte ruhige Lage
Dieses kleine Ferienhaus liegt herrlich ruhig, umgeben von Wald, an einem See. Ein Ruderboot ist auch vorhanden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (Küchenaustattung, Mückennetzen an d. Fenstern). Durch die Lage des Hauses macht es bei schönem Wetter Freude, sämtliche Mahlzeiten draußen zu genießen. Die Terasse wird sowohl morgens als auch abends von der Sonne beschienen. Wir konnten traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge und auch Rehe (direkt auf dem Grundstück) beobachten. Von hier aus haben wir viele schöne Ausflüge unternommen u a. nach Norrtälje, Uppsala, Vaxholm und Stockholm. Mit dem 24 oder 72h-Ticket sind Fahrten sowohl mit dem Bus, der Bahn, der Tunnelbahn und auch mit den Fähren rund um Stockholm möglich. Vielen Dank, auch für die schönen Ausflugstipps, Fam. Ayani - Sandhamn inkl. Fahrt war super!

Ein Sommer am See
Wer die Ruhe in Schwedens Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das kleine Haus hat einen direkten Seezugang mit eigenem Ruderboot. Das Haus selbst ist nett eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der See lädt zum Angeln ein und man hat so ziemlich immer einen Fisch am Haken. :) Größere Orte zum Einkaufen sind in max. 30 Minuten erreichbar, bis nach Stockholm braucht man 50 Minuten. Aufgrund der gut ausgebauten Straßen ist das kein Problem. Wir können das Haus wirklich empfehlen. So einen entspannten Urlaub hatten wir lange nicht! Vielen Dank an Familie Ayani.
