The Space:

Idyllife is situated on the mountainside only 4 miles from downtown Berkeley Springs. The cabin features three levels, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.

On the main level you will find a bedroom with a full size bed, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, and a spacious living room with soaring windows showing off the views all year round and a sunken conversation area with a wood burning fireplace.

The upper level of the cabin offers the loft with a futon bed, a private bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom.

The lowest level offers two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed (both bunks have full size beds and a twin trundle) and the second with a king bed and private patio access to the hot tub. This level also offers an additional living room with a T.V. and two futons, offering sleeping for 4 guests. Inside you'll also find lots of books, games, and puzzles on hand for your enjoyment.

Outdoors features an oversized deck with lots of seating, a grill, and a private hot tub.
Within the community and just a short distance from the cabin you will have access to the "blue" and "white" hiking trails and Coolfont Mountainside's tennis and basketball courts, tot-lot, recreation field. Memorial Day-Labor Day, the community inground swimming pool and hot tub are available at cost through the community. You needn’t go far for good food and drinks - the Coolfont Treetop Restaurant and Berkeley Springs Brewery are right outside the community (Less than 1 Mile). More dining, shopping, and entertainment are minutes away in downtown Berkeley Springs. Aloft is also only minutes from the Cacapon Resort State Park, which offers golfing on a course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., miles of hiking trails of varying difficulty, horseback riding, swimming, fishing, boating, and more.

Guest Access:
After booking and once we receive your email address we will send you our rental agreement. It will be emailed directly to you from our direct booking site. Once agreed upon and submitted back, you will receive your arrival instructions prior to your stay, which will include directions and access to the cabin.
Access will be self check in for your safety.
All rental agreement policies must be followed.

The Neighborhood:
Community amenities include the on site hiking trails, tennis and basketball courts, rec field, tot-lot, and Memorial Day-labor Day access to the community pool and shared hot tub are available at an additional cost.

*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, accidental damage protection is part of your booking. The cost of this protection has been included in your booking and covers you for accidental damage during your stay. Airbnb bookings will reflect this fee within the total booking price as there isn't a category line for the protection fee.

* Due to food and safety concerns, we do not provide amenities related to food including salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.

– HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. We provide 1 bath towel and wash cloth per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a washer and dryer on-site.
Please be aware there is no street parking. This is a matter of public safety and Fire Code. Please Park in your driveway or at the extra parking spaces by the rec area of the community. Vehicles parked in the roadways may be towed and will be at the owner’s expense.

*ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT WILL APPLY IF ISSUES BELOW ARRISE: (please read the rental agreement in full to see all details)

- $90 - each clogged toilet.
- $500 - smoking inside and/or smoking debris left outside for cleanup.
- $100 - each moved furniture.
- $450 - frozen/locked HVAC unit (caused when the thermostat is lower than
68°F in the summer months and higher than 75°F in the winter months).
-$200 - Trash issues.
-$250 - Hot Tub issues caused by guests

- If necessary, additional cleaning/trash issues will be charged.

FAQ:
- When is trash picked up?
Trash Collection happens on Tuesdays after 6:00am.
*Trash policy- Guest(s) will bag and properly dispose of all their trash including recycling items.
All trash/recycling items must be bagged in appropriate (13-gallon bags or larger) trash bags and placed in proper outdoor locations prior to departure. The local trash company will not haul away loose left items, small bags, pet bags, or grocery bags.
Failure to properly bag (kitchen size bags or larger only) and/or remove all garbage/recyclables from the cabin will result in additional charges not less than $200.00 for bagging and additional haul off.
The trash bin is located at the end of the driveway. Trash bin must have lid shut and secured after each use to ensure animal damage/destruction doesn’t occur.

-What items can clog a toilet?
Our septic systems are fragile and items such as feminine products, paper towels, excess toilet paper, or anything else that does not belong in a toilet can cause a backup in the system. Do not put anything in the toilet except for normal use of toilet paper.

- Can I send mail to the property?
USPS does not provide service in the community. UPS and FedEx may be able to deliver to your home (be sure to provide accurate address information). Note, Mountainside Getaways is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

- What are the community quiet hours? Are there any additional fees to use the amenities?
Quiet Hours are 11:00pm-8:00am. Please note that the community hot tub and pool are seasonal and only open Memorial Day-Labor Day. Water facilities are paid through the community at the time you wish to use them. In the event of weather or maintenance needs, please note there will be no refunds given due for the community amenities.

- When will I receive my check in instructions? What is the check in process?
A confirmation email will be sent 1-5 days prior to arrival. A door code/lockbox code will be included along with detailed driving directions as GPS isn’t always reliable in our area. *Please note if the rental agreement and arrival information form are not submitted to our company, we will be unable to send the check in instructions until both forms are completed and returned to our company.

-What is the Cancellation Policy?
A $25 processing fee will be charged for all canceled reservations. Reservations canceled 30 days prior to check-in will be fully refunded, minus the processing fee. Cancellations 15-29 days prior to check-in will result in a 50% refund, minus the processing fee.
Cancellations within 14 days of check-in will be nonrefundable.
There are no refunds for early checkouts.

- How many cars can I park?
You can park up to 5 cars on the driveway and additional cars at the community over flow area by the rec- amenities.
