"It was a very nice looking home, and was exceptionally clean and well kept. I was surprised there was only one ceiling fan which was on the screened in porch. So I asked others that were arriving late, to bring fans. The beds were very tall, and I'm not a small person, I'm 5' 11". It was difficult for me to get into such tall beds and others had similar issues (except for my 6' 8" adult son). We did not use the the hot tub or the fire pit. The weather was not conducive to it. We found very good restaurants in Berkeley Springs, and enjoyed the springs and the stores in town as well."

"We enjoyed the layout of the house! Everything felt cozy. My wife wanted to make it known that she did not find the mattress on the main floor to be very comfortable, but she is a little spoiled with hers at home. Otherwise very well kept and organized house that was perfectly nestled in behind Berkeley Springs with plenty to see and do!"

"From the minute that I contacted Janie until the minute we checked out , ou anniversary trip was just perfect! The cabin is amazing and spotless! There wasn’t anything out of place, not a speck of dust anywhere. Inside……The towels and linens were so nice. Good water pressure and a big bathroom. The glass shower was really large and at 6 ft 2 , being a big guy, I had plenty of room. The silence inside the cabin is so pleasant, easy to sleep in.Outside, the silence and peacefulness we so relaxing, morning and night. The sliders going out onto the beautiful shaded deck glide easily. The king bed just felt so comfortable at the end of a day. The cabin furniture is sturdy but comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with anything you might need. Appliances are all current, Large refrigerator and freezer. Ice maker sure came in handy! The coffee maker was just like ours and super clean. The Kurig was there but we didn’t use it. Big kitchen sink and as you are at the sink, you are treated to a nice view into an open Oak tree woods. The dishwasher was perfect! We could not get over how wonderful the decks were, ceiling fans on the deck were a really nice touch. Every morning and every evening there are deer to watch. About 6:30 am you can see deer out of the high placed bathroom windows, it’s like seeing an outdoor scene live every morning. I could go on and on about the cabin and surrounding property. Meet Janie and Cy. Janie helped me plan my anniversary trip. She’s amazing."

"The place was easy to find and clear markings of where to go when you pull in. The outback space was perfect and very private. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with two blenders, a coffee maker and an espresso machine. The place was clean and the bed was really soft. We saw a fawn with its mother and we were got very close to them."

"Great stay! Wish we could have stayed longer. Did not have time to use the hot tub. Everything else was as described. All 6 adults said the beds were comfortable. The only thing that surprised me was the location. It was pretty isolated (not a bad thing) and the ride in was twisty. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
