Couples weekend
We thought the place was very comfortable, it had all that we needed, and it was very clean! We used it as a central location for a couples weekend of antiquing. It was easy to find even though it was up in the woods. We used Google maps and it brought us right there. The water did have a slight smell, but that's typical with well water, and it was nice that they had a filter on the sink to use. Maybe a bigger coffee pot would be nice, we were all coffee drinkers and the little pot didn't go too far, had to make a couple pots it had plenty of space, loved all the bright colors! We only missed our greetings from the owners I think they were away.

Very Private
The location is quite secluded. It is attached to a large house. No one was around the entire weekend. Slightly creepy. The accommodations were clean but no coziness, tile flooring and fluorescent lighting. The bathroom felt very dormitory. When we arrived the house was dark and cold. It took a while for it to warm up. The house is on well water and the water stinks, BAD. It would be fun with a large group but it was just the two of us. It was fine for the weekend but I would not stay here again.

Retreat in the country
We had a 2 night stay at this gorgeous property. It’s nestled in the woods, so you really get a sense of peace. We did get a little lost trying to find it, but management were amazing talking us through it and texting directions. Make sure to open each email they send…we didn’t and missed this very important one about how to get there!
The outdoor area is beautiful with a small pond and waterfall in the front yard. The living space is quite large and could very comfortably hold large groups. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The high ceilings were amazing and each room was very cozy with beautiful decor, but our favorite room was the owner’s baseball room which held fantastic memorabilia. And, he and his wife were so sweet and the best hosts (A+). They greeted us when we arrived even though it was late and took the time to talk with us. Truly a wonderful experience that we will never forget. Highly recommend staying here and if we’re ever back to Berkeley Springs we’ll stay again.
