“Beautiful location. Easy access to local restaurants and hiking trails.”

“Enjoyed the view and the aesthetic”

“It was beautiful but quite expensive. There was no housekeeping included so trash was not picked up and the breakfasts were grossly overpriced!”

“I enjoyed my stay, lovely little town. The Inn is beginning to show some signs of wear. A broken tile (baseboard) by the tub. However, staff pleasant and helpful. Excellent restaurants.”

“New hotel with clean”

“Our room was very nice with a comfortable bed, but the door to the room did not fit properly so lots of light came through the edges. Also we could hear the guests above us ( we were on first floor in carriage house) tramping around at 6:00 am. It would help to carpet the floors. The breakfast, which was much hyped, was only okay. The ingredients were nothing special, for example the bread used for toast appeared to be off the grocery store shelf.”

“Nice establishment with great staff. Good heated outdoor pool. Great location. Great activities all seasons. Apartments are well-worn and are not pristine. Not for clean-freaks. Nicer than a college apartment.”

“Nice place to stay”

“Beyond amazing, we loved it so much!”

“The hotel is charming in the heart of Pittsfield. The rooms were large and clean. It’s a great boutique hotel with 35 rooms. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that had great food and drinks! Will definitely be back.”
