“Nice spacious room and very comfortable. Pretty quiet since Summer is off season. Only downside was it was very hot when we visited - common areas were not adequately air conditioned. Also, main restaurant/brewery was closed. We did enjoy are stay and is a nice central location in the Bershires.”

“My husband and in laws each rented a cabin for a weekend. The property is beautiful, amenities are impressive, and the food is excellent! We enjoyed spending time by the pool reading (excellent book selection in the lobby,) relaxing in the dry saunas, kayaking on the lake, Sunday yoga and the peace of the guided evening float. Prospect Berkshires is incredibly curated from the moment you get out of your car. This was my second stay and will not be my last!”

“Be careful - this property charges your credit card for the stay when you check in online, after you’ve already paid Expedia. It is very difficult to reach a responsible individual/manager to resolve the billing dispute, and they haven’t been responsive to Expedia either.”

“Okay place to spend a night but don’t expect any service. This place uses remote “staff” to run the joint. I called the “desk” around 6:30 pm with a request. Got a call back around noon the next day, when we were well on our way. No soaps, no shower cap. Only plus was an urn of good coffee in the otherwise empty lobby. Not much for $160 or so.”

“I usually stay here when I'm going to a concert at Tanglewood, it's comfortable, quiet, and convenient. The staff are really friendly. There's a Tesla EV charging station directly across Route 20 from the hotel.”
