This floor also has a bedroom that offers sliders with direct access to the deck, and a 2nd bedroom with bathroom attached. The upstairs has an open floor plan and remaining 2 bedrooms and baths. There is a walk-in shower in one bathroom and a tub/shower combo in the master. The main living room has 3 sets of sliders that lead to the 2nd level deck. The deck has ample seating for guests and a grill for outdoor meals. A perfect place to watch the boats float by or do some bird watching of our local waterfowl. The kitchen is great for entertaining with side-by-side refrigerator, granite countertops, gas stove, and stainless-steel appliances. Take a stroll on the ramp that leads through the marsh and into the open waters to the dock. The dock is a fabulous place to relax in the sun, crab or fish. If you have a passion for watersports, you can leave the dock on your paddleboard or canoe and explore the area. Don't forget your four-legged family member! Pets are welcome and considered on a case-by-case basis. Whether you choose to enjoy family time in the home, the local community or the beach, your will make everlasting memories.
